Jerry's Leesburg FordReviews
Jerry's Leesburg Ford review
This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. I saw a truck that I wanted to purchase with all of the features I wanted, I called up Jerry's and spoke to Anise. He got me a quote within minutes, including a trade in on my van, and got everything ready for me. We were about 3.5 hours away from the dealership, and he made wiring the money and everything very easy. When we came to pick up the truck Anise was there waiting with everything ready. Every other time I've purchased a vehicle it's always some kind of a struggle. Either the dealer wants to mess around with the deal at the last minute (even after everything was already settled over the phone) or there's some last minute paperwork issue that takes hours to resolve. Needless to say I expected the worst when I rolled up to Jerry's. This experience was totally different though! As I said before, everything was ready to go and I was in and out within an hour. No drama, no xx, just great customer service. Love this place, highly recommend it, and this is from someone who hates dealerships!

Passport BMWReviews
Passport BMW review
I purchased a Portimao Blue certified pre-owned 2025 BMW I4 xDrive40, after trading in my Aventurin Red 2024 BMW X3. I called and spoke with someone named Teric, explained what I was looking to do. He said the car was available and to come by... he'll have it ready outside for me to test drive. This was 11:30AM on a Saturday, seemed very nice and we started texting to keep each other in the loop. I texted over my VIN and mileage ahead of time on my X3. Went to eat lunch and headed over and met 1:15pm, as planned. I gave him the keys to the X3, we went for a test drive... I loved the car. I showed then the quote I got from Carmax, they not only matched it but came up on the trade offer being they couldn't budge on the sales price. At the end of the day, they earned my business and were extremely cordial throughout the process. Purchased the vehicle at a fair price, they got a great trade in vehicle in return. Also, finance office did not try to sell me on anything... this was such a great car buying experience. And as someone who plans to stay with the brand, I will be coming back here for my next purchase. I live closer to the Silver Spring BMW dealership, literally 10 min away. But I will put up with the 40 minutes of traffic on my way to Passport BMW, because this is how the car buying experience should go!

Sheehy Ford of WarrentonReviews
Sheehy Ford of Warrenton review
I am really happy with my experience at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton from start to finish. From my very first phone call to ask about the availability of the Ford Explorer ST, Gabe Irizzary, my salesperson, was helpful, professional, and honest. If he did not immediately have the answer to one of my questions, he did not make something up. He reached out to his manager, got the correct information, and quickly followed up with me. His manager, Gus Andrade, also reached out, and I truly appreciated their transparency. They provided me with the out-the-door price for a Maryland resident without hesitation, which was one of the main reasons I decided to drive over 90 minutes the next day to see the Explorer in person. Once I arrived, Gabe took me on a test drive, and the great customer service continued. During the paperwork process, Gabe noticed there was a small chip in the windshield and immediately brought it to my attention. Even though Gus was out that day, Gabe spoke with a manager and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. People often tell me that I am too trusting, but I believed them — and they proved me right. True to their word, Gus arranged for someone to come to my home and replace the windshield with a Ford windshield, not an aftermarket one. That meant a lot to me. Thank you to Gabe and Gus at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton, VA, for your customer service, transparency, and for honoring your promise. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, and I would gladly refer my family and friends as well.

Autos Direct of Fredericksburg - LafayetteReviews
Autos Direct of Fredericksburg - Lafayette review
Five-Star Review for Autos Direct of Fredericksburg, VA I recently purchased a vehicle from Autos Direct of Fredericksburg, and I can confidently say it was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. From start to finish, Gary and his team demonstrated professionalism, clarity, and an unmatched level of customer care. Gary took the time to walk me through every step of the process with ease and transparency. What stood out most was his genuine approach to customer service—he made me feel like more than just a sale. I left not only with the exact vehicle I came for, but also with deep appreciation for how seamless and respectful the experience was. Even after the sale, Gary went above and beyond to assist with a small but important request related to my trade-in. His follow-through and attention to detail truly reflect the dealership’s values. If you’re looking for a trustworthy team, great vehicles, and exceptional service, I highly recommend Autos Direct Fredericksburg. Ask for Gary—you won’t be disappointed.

McDonough Toyota review
I was interested in working with this dealership as a few people in the area who know dealerships and cars recommended this dealership. Everyone was friendly and the dealership has a good ambience. I worked with Beth Clemmer who is very knowledgeable and not a high pressure salesperson. It doesn't seem to be a high pressure place and the sales people like working there.

2023 Ford Mustang review
I bought a GT Premium/California Special and love it. It has more bells and whistles than any Mustang I have ever owned. The Mustang is well insulated and is a solid vehicle.
