I was in the market to replace my car and as a family we had purchased 3 vehicles with Darryl Elder. He has made the process very easy and with no pressure each time so we like to work with him. This time Darryl was on vacation and I dealt with one of his coworkers Tim M. Tim was very knowledgeable and patient trying to get me the best deal possible. At the time we could not close the deal as the numbers were not favorable. When Darryl came back from vacation Tim mentioned our efforts and Darryl reached out to me to see what we could do. I was happy to hear we could come to an agreement and I sincerley thank both Tim and Darryl for being processional in the process and working together to get me in the car I wanted! Because of the two of them my family and I will continue to buy our future vehicles there knowing we will be treated fairly. Please take the time to recognize their contributions to your organization as it will always come down to the customer interaction in the end for repeat business and customer loyalty!
I have never been treated better!!!!!!!!!!! Every car lot I go to they take one look at me (Tiny, Asian and a woman) and they try to talk to me like I'm a little kid or like I have never even SEEN a car before! It's so frustrating!! I went up there last Saturday and I was greeted by a woman! She (Liz) was great! She told me she understood how I felt and told me I didn't have to worry about it happening here, and I didn't!
I worked with her for a while and then I started working with a man because she had to step out. I was worried that she wouldn't get credit (because I had found my Jeep) and then he told me that they don't work on commission!!!! What??? A car lot that has their priorities straight?!? Never thought I would see the day! Liz and the staff at The Preowned Store are truly a gift if you are looking for a nice Jeep at a great price!
You absolutely have to stop by here and look at all of the Jeeps! All of the staff is wonderful and helpful! You will not be sorry!
I stopped in at Shottenkirk HONDA I was on my way out of town when my oil light went on stating I had 15 0/0 for my oil.I pulled over google nearest dealer and it was Shottenkirk HONDA.I been going to Ed Voyles since my relocation to the area in 2015.Well let me tell you Spencer greeted me before I could shut my car door. I got the oil change and I was advised that I needed a filter because mine was dirty. I was out of there and on my way within an hours time.Sorry Ed Voyles I won’t be coming back prices are cheaper at Shottenkirk. You are at Ed Voyles for hours holding your car hostage.Shottenkirk you have me as a customer
I bought a used car from Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville. I worked mainly with Cody and Garrett. They were absolutely excellent! The process was smooth and fast. Everyone was so friendly. Not a single employee passed me without checking to see if I needed something and to make sure everything was going well. We are now a Shottenkirk family for sure and will be driving to Cartersville to buy all of our cars in the future. I would definitely recommend Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville. Make sure if you go, you ask for Cody. He’ll make what can be a painful process enjoyable.

This is the most ethical dealership in all of the Atlanta area. I walked in told Tom what I wanted, took a test drive and walked out of this dealership with a written quote. just try to get a written quote from other dealers. It won't happen!
They will give you a number but definitely not a breakdown of all costs. The service area is so clean you cold almost eat off the floor. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help. This review sounds like I work there but I do not. I do though appreciate honesty, ethics and friendliness. I did buy the car I drove and very happy with my experience. I think you would too!
The people at Ford of Dalton were very courteous and helpful. I had a great buying experience all the way from the receptionist to the sales rep and finance manager. I will certainly buy here again in the future.
Overall, I had a good experience with this dealership. Brandon was awesome. He had a lot of patience and worked hard to get as close as he could to being where I stood in making a deal. Although I was not able to get the exact deal I was looking for going into the dealership, I walked away with the vehicle I wanted and am very happy.
