I had heard good things about this lot so I drove across the state to check out an advertised vehicle i was interested in. I generally will not buy a car from a high-pressure dealer or someone who insults your intelligence with sales tactics. These folks appeared honest, straightforward and treated me fairly. The location is kind of off-putting but I recommend this place.
Greeted by Felix outside of dealership which was a nice first impression in regards to customer service. Friendly and good at building rapport with client. Knowledge of the car could have been better. Car sold itself more less. Went back and forth with price to make sure we paid what we felt was the right price and we felt good about it but did feel undervalued as a customer when the GM came over to immediately suggest ???something that was within our budget???. It wasn???t by any means outside of our budget but the fact that the price they started off with was wrong from the price online is what bothered me when it came to negotiating. Thumbs up for Felix getting us a price we could agree upon and better yet the dream car my fiance has always wanted. I would also like to thank Guy Ghrist on his service as he made us feel great about our purchase and even better hooked us up with the right warranties down the road. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Overall good experience and would do business or purchase another car from Ken Ganley Nissan again!
This is an honest business. My son bought a Jeep here and it turned out to have a bad engine. These guys replaced the motor within a couple of days. Wow! I am so impressed with this business. Will recommend every Chance I get!
The buying process went on as planned. The Manager seems to be trustworthy. But the service of paperwork was too slow and not o sure. Well it is done but the Title deed is being expected. One is told when one pays cash it will go fast. Yet to be seen.
After 2 years of service at Brunswick Auto Mart it was time to replace our 2012 Toy Sienna. I was guided through the process by Dominic Diliberto. He made the time available for me prior to the official opening of the sales department and met with me again for test drives. We bought a 2018 Toy Sienna XLE. He made sure the car was ready to go and had been prepped to our expectations. The deal was signed and delivered by Teri Mateo the Sales Manager. We received a great offer for our trade and were shown several ways to finance the deal. She is one of the best informed Sales Managers I've dealt with in 50 years of buying cars. We worked with Sam to purchase a 2016 Tahoe LTV. He worked with us to deliver a great price and great service. I lived outside the area and they had the exact vehicle i was looking for. I asked questions to confirm the options and the quality of the vehicle. Sam was responsive and everything seemed in order so we made the trip to purchase the vehicle. When we got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for us. It was the exact condition that was described and we completed the purchase. The process was smooth and everyone there was courteous and professional. I would recommend Sam and the dealership to others.
I can't say enough about how pleasant this car purchase was. Ryan was very low key but eager to do what he could to help us get into the car that we were there to get. I originally found the car on-line and just happened to be in the area, so I figured I would stop in to take a look. He didn't act like the typical vulture that attacks you as you step onto the lot. He simply said hello and stepped back while we looked but kept himself available for questions. We actually did not come to a deal on that first trip, and we were both totally ok with it. I called him back almost a week later and we were able to work something out. I told him I'd like to think about it over night and he said to "take as much time as you need". I drove back up their (2.5 hours) 2 days later and made the purchase. This probably wouldn't have happened had Ryan been pushy. We had a blast driving our new car home and I've been happy with it since. I was very impressed with Ryan.
I had been looking for a particular type of car online and ended up finding exactly what I was looking for at Peak Auto Sales. The only problem was that I live in Wisconsin. I called and spoke with Burt and he was extremely accommodating in all respects to help me to feel comfortable with buying a car from out of state. When I was ready to move forward Burt even offered to pick me up at the airport. When I arrived on-site the whole team was great to work with including Burt, Matt, and Chris. They had all of the paperwork ready so that I could get in and out quickly and on the road to Wisconsin. When I got home I realized that in the rush I had forgotten the spare key at the dealership and they offered to FedEx it to me at no cost! If given the opportunity again, I would certainly purchase a vehicle from Peak Auto Sales.
