Great experience with dom and Ken.very happy with our purchase and would recommend them.
2024 Ford Ranger review
I've owned a 2020 ford ranger with 2.3 ecoboost and upgraded to the 2024 ford ranger with the 2.7L ecoboost. Both engines are stout. I enjoy the 2.7L alittle better. Truck is very quick in either set up. So far zero issues. I think steering feels alittle heavy but other than that I bought this truck because of the seats and how comfortable it is on long distance trips. Deos everything I need it to plus they are fun to drive.

2022 Ford Ranger review
The ROUSH Ranger is an amazing upgrade over the already impressive Ford Ranger XLT. It has a full Katzin Leather interior. 18" Wheels with 33" General Grabber AT3 285/65-R18 tires. ROUSH tuned FOX 2.0 suspension levels the ride. It handles the street and off-road extremely well. This is the ultimate version of the Ford Ranger.

Corey and company did a beautiful job and got my car back to me the same day.
2023 Ford Ranger review
The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

I was Very Satisfied with Customer Service, and a Professional Attitude With my Sales Consultant During My Visit. I am a New Satisfied Customer 🤗
2020 Ford Ranger review
I have replaced my 2010 Ford Ranger XL for a 2020 Ranger XL and have found all of the improvements well worth it. I did install a third party Cruise Control and a Tonneau Cover and the truck runs great at highway speed for long distances with plenty of comfort. I wanted a Supercab for its 6.1 foot bed as I do not carry passengers and the space behind the seats is more than adequate for cargo. Having hands free blue tooth phone, rear backup camera shows up in rear view mirror, bed liner, allows USB sticks to play my considerable music collection and 4 wheel drive are all features I didn't have but wanted. This is a work truck with creature comforts that improve its usefulness. It not only looks great, it works well for my yard project hauling and street driving that make up my mileage. The former owner also added towing package. running boards and black letters on back of tailgate. I purchased this vehicle with only 56,000 miles on it. Spent time reading about pros/cons of this model and for how I use a truck and the specs that it has, it fulfills all of my needs without exception.

I've leased all of my F-150s from here, and every experience gets better. The staff is friendly and they're straight forward with their sales approach. If there is a deal to be had, they will make sure you get it, and they always try to serve your needs. Car buying can be confusing, but they take the time to explain all the numbers and options available. I like here so much my wife and father-in-law now shop here as well. Definitely check them out.
2024 Ford Ranger review
This truck is just the right size: not too big to park anywhere and easy to back, with a powerful turbo charged engine that doesn't hog the gas. Comes with a rugged, handsome, masculine design without wasting metal, fuel consumption, and space. Includes all the best of the historic Ford designing positives of the past yet contains all the powerful positives of engine performance without waste--this truck is a winner!

Thank you, Don Sitts, for being a honest, caring, no pressure dealership. Today 12-6-25 my husband, and I went to your dealership to look at a car online. What amazing customer service. Todd Brazelton sealed the deal. John in finance was amazing. I've never been treated so kind. They were so patient with us. I was kind of nervous at first, but they calmed my fears. My husband, and I prayed before we went there, because, other dealerships have treated us so poorly in the past. Make this your 1st stop people, you'll come back, I know we will. God Bless all of you, for your kindness, Phillip & Mary Wallace PS: We love our new car

Drove every mid-size PU truck available. The Ranger Lariat won hands down. More room, better ride, and more power than the Tacoma. I read many of the pro reviews and totally agree, the 2025 Ranger is the best mid-size truck on the market. The V6 will blow you away.

I downsized from a 2013 F-150, great truck, because I didn’t need a full size truck anymore. I was hesitant to go to a smaller vehicle but after a year and 11k miles I am a believer! Comfort, economy, performance and ease of parking and maneuverability. No regrets! I get lots of compliments too.

My experience was fantastic! I worked with Cliff; he was informative and worked to make sure I got exactly what I wanted with no xx!
2021 Ford Ranger review
I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.

Great truck, here are the highlights: time-proven 2.3 turbo engine with tuning potential, overbuilt 10R80 transmission which is shared with the larger F-150, comfortable interior, excellent features, even on the STX/XL trim, roomy 4-door interior. Highly recommend this truck!

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

Montrose Ford review
I 've been working with Austin Deluca on the purchase of a Car at Montrose Ford. He is not only very personal able and enjoyable to do business with but a hard worker who went over and above to ensure the vehicle was ready for delivery and at a fair price. His integrity and work ethic is a credit to the entire staff he has a very bright future ahead and I'll certainly recommend him for future sales for my family and I. Sincerely Bill Stan
2023 Ford Ranger review
I've owned a '19 Ranger XLT FX4 super crew for 4yrs / 46k mis. Its been impeccable in this time. The mpgs have even improved as the truck gained mileage. It averages 21mpg city/ 24hwy. I've towed my 04 Mustang SVT Cobra "terminator" many times. Truck handles it w/ease as max tow rating is 7500lbs. The comfort & driving dynamics are best in class as is safety tech / features. So delighted w/ the Ranger ive ordered a '23 Ranger XLT Tremor edition. Really like the styling of this Gen Ranger & wanted the best version (Tremor) before an all new '24 Ranger is released fall '23. When shopping the midsized truck class be sure to test drive different models as they all have there own unique characteristics. None are bad ..but the Ranger just has more to offer. The excellent Gen2 TGDI Ecoboost powertrain is best in class. As all reviews have stated. This is absolutely true. Will not be selling our '19 Ranger XLT FX4 whenever the '23 Ranger Tremor arrives. Midsized trucks nowadays are the perfect size for 80% of personal truck buyers. Even off rd they are easier to navigate vs a full sized 1/2 ton truck or large SUV.

Klaben Ford Lincoln of KentReviews
Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
Just when I started to think that even Klaben Lincoln service might deteriorate in the way so many other service organizations are, they did a slam dunk for me. The highlight of their response to an urgent situation was when the operator immediately understood the crisis and put me through to someone I thought was a randomly picked employee--but turned out to be Michael, the Operations Manager in charge of pretty much everything. He said he was going to physically start walking around Klaben in order to work things out for me. Wow. I asked him to roll me to Sean Klaben, service manager. As usual, Sean immediately worked with people and tech to get things sorted out. Long story short: Klaben is going to be there for you---no matter what the trouble is. When you need them, they will deliver. Go buy a car over there and you will see I'm right.

Been a fun car to drive. Handles well and love the technology in this vehicle. Front, back and overhead camera angles. High end car stereo. Display is like eye candy.

Spitzer Ford Cuyahoga Falls review

Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. If I could CLON the passion and real concern that Andrew and his team have for customers it would be incredible. Thank you for all that Spitzer NORTHFIELD and the service team does for me and my family. Stay Well God Bless... Chuck Montgomery

KDK Auto Broker review
It’s a very laid back dealership no pressure salesman and a nice selection of vehicles. I didn’t buy the original vehicle I went to look at but the salesman showed me other things within my price range. I did purchase a vehicle from them and I love it very clean and well maintained. Finance was straightforward and easy my credit isn’t the greatest but they got me approved for a rate that was even with my credit union. I would consider going back to them in the future.
2011 Ford Ranger review
I've bought a used 2011 ranger in 2019. Its never failed to start and get me to where I needed to go. Only getting rid of it as my needs have changed. One negative is the regular cab space can be tight if you going on a longer trip.

Super reliable little truck! Not the most modern or most comfortable or most powerful, but it gets the work done and doesn’t cost too much out of pocket. It’s really easy to drive in the city and park too, making it a great urban work vehicle. There’s a reason you see lots of these around

After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.
