Highline Car Connection review
Todd helped us buy our new car. After seeing other cars and dealerships coming to Highline was refreshing. He was so pleasant and very prompt during the testing of vehicles. Cars were pulled up right away back to back with zero down time. I love this. Considering they had a busy day with many customers in the office we still received great care. We closed on a 2022 Honda Accord and are in love. The manager closed the deal and experienced was everything as he too was great
2022 Ford Ranger review
The reviews of others about the Ranger is that it is a little underwhelming and yawning. Most frequently the interior is ragged on. It’s a truck cabin. It works and looks nice. What are others expecting, a mini theater, heads up display, and dance lights? It’s fine and I’ve seen other interiors of rival trucks. Guess what, they’re not much different. The cabin is nice, roomy, comfortable, and functional for a midsize truck. Now the outside. It’s a nice looking truck. Spray in bed liner, almost looks leveled as it is. Off road capable just like the Taco. Gas mileage better than most of the other midsized trucks. 4 cylinder turbocharged Ecoboost is more capable and faster than the others V6’s and tows more. So basically we have a truck that outperforms most of the other rivals in most categories and it gets an underwhelming review?! I say No Way, it’s a Great truck!

2020 Ford Ranger review
I have a 2020 and absolutely love it. I pull a fishing boat and a 24’ Harris pontoon boat. You literally can’t tell they are back there. The 2024 is awesome but they are a lot more expensive. Maybe one day!

Overall it was a good experience! I had no issues during the process as everything ran smoothly.
2023 Ford Ranger review
I've owned a '19 Ranger XLT FX4 super crew for 4yrs / 46k mis. Its been impeccable in this time. The mpgs have even improved as the truck gained mileage. It averages 21mpg city/ 24hwy. I've towed my 04 Mustang SVT Cobra "terminator" many times. Truck handles it w/ease as max tow rating is 7500lbs. The comfort & driving dynamics are best in class as is safety tech / features. So delighted w/ the Ranger ive ordered a '23 Ranger XLT Tremor edition. Really like the styling of this Gen Ranger & wanted the best version (Tremor) before an all new '24 Ranger is released fall '23. When shopping the midsized truck class be sure to test drive different models as they all have there own unique characteristics. None are bad ..but the Ranger just has more to offer. The excellent Gen2 TGDI Ecoboost powertrain is best in class. As all reviews have stated. This is absolutely true. Will not be selling our '19 Ranger XLT FX4 whenever the '23 Ranger Tremor arrives. Midsized trucks nowadays are the perfect size for 80% of personal truck buyers. Even off rd they are easier to navigate vs a full sized 1/2 ton truck or large SUV.

Working with Ray to close the deal was amazing. He is very familiar with the vehicles and options available to the customers. He knows the material and how to get his customers to their end goal. Thank you Ray for helping us drive away with our new Truck!!!!!

Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

Great experience from start to finish! Eli, Gina, Albert and Jim were friendly, professional, and made the entire car buying process easy and stress free. They took the time to explain everything clearly, worked with my budget, and made sure I left in the right vehicle for me. The car was clean, ready to go, and pick up was smooth. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle.

I had THE best experience at Carmax...the salespeople were non-pressuring, helpful and just amazing (especially Daniel!). They went out of their way to make every step comfortable and unpainful. I will most definitely go there when I need to buy my daughter a car and when I need to upgrade in a few years!

2021 Ford Ranger review
I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.

I bought a 25 Ranger Raptor in March 25. Best most fun vehicle I have ever driven. Rear coil springs give a very compliant ride without the harshness of leaf springs. Very powerful engine, smooth ride, easy to maneuver, highly adjustable directly from the steering wheel.

ROUSH tuned FOX 2.0 suspension levels the ride. It handles the street and off-road extremely well. This is the ultimate version of the Ford Ranger.

A Better Way Wholesale review
Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!
2021 Ford Ranger review
I downsized from a 2013 F-150, great truck, because I didn’t need a full size truck anymore. I was hesitant to go to a smaller vehicle but after a year and 11k miles I am a believer! Comfort, economy, performance and ease of parking and maneuverability. No regrets! I get lots of compliments too.

I've bought a used 2011 ranger in 2019. Its never failed to start and get me to where I needed to go. Only getting rid of it as my needs have changed. One negative is the regular cab space can be tight if you going on a longer trip.

2009 Ford Ranger review
My ranger was purchased used, it replaces my 97 Ranger which I owned for 20 yrs til it was totalled @ 370,000 miles. Only major component failure was rear end dif at approximately 200,000 miles and it still ran strong at time of wreck. Prompting me to set my sights on another Ranger to buy. My 2009 is 2.3l (as was my 97) w/auto trans (97 was manual), owned now for 2.5yrs I have to say I'm VERY surprised at the 09's performance which I expected to be a bit sluggish compared to my 97 as it was a reg cab and the 09 is supercab (which should weigh more?) but happy to report that I'm loving my 09 even more. This truck accelerates very well and seems to be cut from the same cloth as my 97 which was the most reliable ride I've owned and at age 60 I've owned more than a few. Before I reach my limit of 500 words, I'm a big fan of the Ranger: easy to maintain, fun driving, handles much like a sports car, looks great with a little customization, I could go on, but you get the idea!

Full Throttle PowersportsReviews
Full Throttle Powersports review
I recently purchased a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner from Full Throttle PowerSports. Overall, the experience was mixed but worth sharing for others considering buying from this dealership. Pros: The sales team was friendly and low-pressure, which made browsing their inventory feel relaxed and comfortable. If you're someone who doesn't like being hounded by pushy sales tactics, this is a good place to go. They also have a unique and interesting selection of vehicles on the lot. Baker from the dealership stood out for being especially fair and reasonable when post-purchase issues arose. Suggestions & Cautions: While the customer service was pleasant, I didn’t receive much detailed information about the vehicle itself, so I highly recommend doing your own research before heading in. Be prepared with questions and know the car’s background in advance. Communication-wise, skip the online chat and email—neither worked well for me. Calling the dealership directly is the best way to get a timely and clear response. I did run into some problems shortly after bringing the vehicle home, including needed repairs that continued over a few visits. Thankfully, Baker was helpful in resolving things fairly, but I can’t recommend their service department based on my experience. One big red flag came during financing. Rodney, who handles that side (under Prime Wheels), insisted I had to purchase a two-year warranty—costing nearly $3,000—or my loan through Westlake would be denied. This is absolutely not true; I’ve been approved by Westlake at other dealerships without being forced into buying a warranty. I felt pressured, and while he did lower the cost to fit my budget, I only agreed out of desperation and convenience. Bottom Line: If you're looking for a no-pressure buying environment with a cool selection of cars, Full Throttle is worth a visit—but do your homework ahead of time, be cautious during financing, and don’t rely on their service department. With the right prep, you could walk away with a solid deal, just stay sharp and advocate for yourself.
2021 Ford Ranger review
After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

Full Throttle Powersports review
I recently bought a vehicle from Full Throttle Powersports in South Windsor, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment I walked through the doors and saw the car I had been wanting for years, the staff treated me with genuine respect and enthusiasm. Koster Rivera and Baker Albaz weren’t just trying to make a sale (they really didn’t have to; I was already hooked); they were focused on helping me find the right ride for my needs. Koster and Baker were incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions without pressure or upselling. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly straightforward. He walked me through every step, making sure I was comfortable and informed the whole time. The car I purchased has exceeded my expectations in every way - performance, condition, and value. It’s clear that Full Throttle Powersports takes pride in offering top-quality vehicles and stands behind what they sell. If you’re in the market for a new ride and want a no-nonsense, high-quality buying experience with people who actually care, I highly recommend checking out Full Throttle Powersports. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next upgrade. When you go in to buy your next vehicle or to go look around, tell Koster and Baker I said hello. Oh yeah - I ended up buying a 2022 Dodge Durango SRT 392 - Destroyer Grey! Beautiful vehicle. Be well - K&D

2024 Ford Ranger review
I drove all the Mid-size Trucks in January. For me at 5' 10" @ 170lbs. with a bad back, the 2024 Ford Ranger was the one I bought. Never owned a Ford. Have owned 5 Toyotas and hated the newest Gen. Tacoma. The Ranger 2.3L Turbo is proven (10 plus years now) and I like this 10 speed Auto. Getting 21-22 mpg around Town and hit 27 mpg on the Highway going 80 mph. Sweet. Best Interior of anything I drove. The Seats sealed the deal for me though with this bad back of mine. Amazing. This is the cheapest Ranger I could find in a 4X4 with Tow Package at $38500.00 sticker price. Paid $36 ish. Your opinion may vary, but don't rule out a Ford Ranger. 2 months in I know I made the right decision................

Vachon Buick GMC review
I would like to comment on the outstanding customer service received by Bobby Clark and Scott Graves. I have interfaced with many customer service representatives from multiple dealers over my lifetime. Without a doubt, these two individuals have been the best I have dealt with hands down. From my first dealings with them, they were extremely professional and responded to my concerns regarding my 2015 GMC Sierra. They both worked well with me and were very attentive. Every item that was discussed was quickly and easily corrected. Everything they did was honest, straight forward and they delivered on my expectations. I sincerely hope Saybrook Buick GMC continues to hire people of this caliber to represent the excellence of this company. You have just earned a repeat customer who has not purchased a GM product since the 80s due to poor customer service. I will also be recommending your company to all interested persons in need of a new vehicle and or service to currently owned vehicles keep up the good work.
2023 Ford Ranger review
The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

2024 Ford Ranger review
This is my 6th ford ranger over the last 20+ years and this ranger is by far the best one yet. I've never bought one brand new before but the power and comfortability of this truck is so much higher than previous models. The gas mileage isn't the best (18 mpg) but for a fx4 it's not terrible. I have taken it through all kinds of terrain with zero issues. Very glad I went ranger over tacoma.

I had an excellent experience with Family Ford’s mobile service for my 2015 Ford F-150. Thomas made scheduling easy and explained that both my factory recall and oil change could be handled right in my driveway. Technician Jacob Wyman arrived on time, sent advance notice, and explained everything clearly. He also advised against rotating tires that needed replacement, which I appreciated. That kind of honest advice builds trust. Jacob checked other areas of the truck, reset the dashboard service reminder, and recorded a professional video walk-around explaining the completed work. He took time to answer questions and left my driveway perfectly clean. The convenience was terrific, but Jacob’s professionalism and attention to detail made the experience stand out. Thank you, Jacob and Thomas! I highly recommend Family Ford and will definitely use them for future service.

2020 Ford Ranger review
I have replaced my 2010 Ford Ranger XL for a 2020 Ranger XL and have found all of the improvements well worth it. I did install a third party Cruise Control and a Tonneau Cover and the truck runs great at highway speed for long distances with plenty of comfort. I wanted a Supercab for its 6.1 foot bed as I do not carry passengers and the space behind the seats is more than adequate for cargo. Having hands free blue tooth phone, rear backup camera shows up in rear view mirror, bed liner, allows USB sticks to play my considerable music collection and 4 wheel drive are all features I didn't have but wanted. This is a work truck with creature comforts that improve its usefulness. It not only looks great, it works well for my yard project hauling and street driving that make up my mileage. The former owner also added towing package. running boards and black letters on back of tailgate. I purchased this vehicle with only 56,000 miles on it. Spent time reading about pros/cons of this model and for how I use a truck and the specs that it has, it fulfills all of my needs without exception.

I was greeted by the sales person who had been working with me from day one and I told him I am interested in buying a vehicle that would fit my needs. This person was so determined to make my request a reality that he would call me and inform me that he has located some thing that may fit my needs and he has. He made me feel that he cared about me the customer; than making a sale of the vehicle. He made it his business to offer me a bottle of water and welcome me. I felt his desire to make me want to do business at that establishment and I did. After the sale I complemented him for his diligence and his patience to make sure that I was satisfied with the product price and purchase . By then he handed me over to the financial management after he showed us what that dealership had to offer its customer and everyone was pleasant and professional. I can truly say I felt so welcomed at that dealership I would recommend it to everyone who are seeking to purchase a vehicle and most of all the financial management along with the sales person and the welcoming environment . It is a class act to say the least. Thanks for the experience overall.

Family Ford Enfield review
Effectively diagnosed the intermittent problem I was having by offering the technician to ride along. Also diagnosed an unrelated issue (tires and alignment). Charged me a price on tires that was 25% cheaper than what was quoted......a pleasant surprise.
2024 Ford Ranger review
I've owned a 2020 ford ranger with 2.3 ecoboost and upgraded to the 2024 ford ranger with the 2.7L ecoboost. Both engines are stout. I enjoy the 2.7L alittle better. Truck is very quick in either set up. So far zero issues. I think steering feels alittle heavy but other than that I bought this truck because of the seats and how comfortable it is on long distance trips. Deos everything I need it to plus they are fun to drive.
