No pressure process, Ritchie responded to my inquiries very fast and professional. Good value on the car with fair trade in assessment and clear with answering my questions. Title transfer and financing process was as painless and fast as possible, would definitely shop here again.
This was a nice place to buy a used car. They let me test drive the car on my own. They provided all of the information I asked for. They were reasonable when it came to negotiating the final price. My biggest critique is that when it came to doing the paperwork, they pushed pretty hard to sell several types of additional coverage. Be strong and direct with your position and they pretty quickly reduced the prices of the coverages. Overall this was generally a good experience. Also Licking County has a relatively low sale tax especially if you’re coming from Columbus. The drive is definitely worth the effort.
Kenny was my salesperson and he worked quickly with me to get me into a car after I had a bad car accident. I had a great experience the first time I bought there and so it was natural to see what they had this time; and it was my dream car. I went up on a Monday and drove off on a Thursday. This is a very honest dealership with professional salespeople and managers. They stand by their vehicles and their prices are extremely competitive.

This is a friendly, no frills, no high pressure sales tactics place to by a used car at across the board great prices. Ask for Tim he will work to get your deal done and get you financed even with bad credit. They won't leave you high and dry if there are any issues. I've been treated with care and respect after having an issue with my vehicle right after my purchase. They gave me a loaner and fixed everything free of charge.
Drove 6 hours to purchase a vehicle. Worked out all numbers on my trade and the car I was purchasing before I ever got there. All question where answered fast. When I arrived car was right up front and ready to go. Owner is the most personable person I have met. Will be back for next vehicle!

He was patient with my questions, took his time in going through their inventory to find cars within my budget, that also had all the bells and whistles I had wanted. Bobby was a blessing to us; he not only demonstrated great empathy for our ordeal, but went out of his way to work with our hectic schedule. Overall we had a great experience, and we love our new Super Duty truck with the twin turbo diesel; it's tough, is insanely powerful, yet rides like a luxury car. After dealing with several nauseating dealerships in Kansas City, we decided to head south to look at a vehicle at Max Motors. What a difference! The staff was very low pressure, professional and very friendly. They didn't waste our time with the normal games that Kansas City dealerships put you through, such as advertising $11k in rebates but once you look into it, you only qualify for $3k. I didn't even see the sharks (salespeople) circling around us the minute we drove on to the lot. What an amazing and refreshing difference! We HIGHLY recommend those who are fed up with poor service in Kansas City to give Max Motors a try.
We were very impressed with the staff, they were vey professional and treated us with respect. We drove 180 miles to their place of business where we were going to buy a truck. They quoted us a price on the phone and it was exactly that when we bought it. They were and are a great company to buy from. They gave us a price on our trade in and they gave us a loner while they got our truck ready for us. We will recommend this company to everyone . You cannot go wrong dealing with this company and their sales people We give them a very high rating.
Alex was amazing he got us into a truck that we never thought we would ever be able to get. Alex went the extra mile for us. He is very good at what he does and he's in it for you not a sale. We definitely will be returning and recommending him to anyone that is in the market for a new car.
