All other employees we encountered at the dealership were also very friendly and efficient - finance, sales manager, cashier and other sales staff. My only complaint is that when I received my car back (driven by a porter from Rohrman) the radio was so loud that I was afraid it would blow one of my speakers. That would certainly have been a repair out of their pocket. Please try not to send out a porter that is he]ard of hearing.
