Bought used. Works very well for getting kids and all our stuff around. If I purchased new I would get leather and a limited slip rear end. Waiting to see how it does on bad roads... probably not good.

3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

2016 Ford Transit-350 review
We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

They gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealership I visited, had the best price on the van I wanted within 50 miles, and I was even able to purchase an extended warranty. The managers were extremely helpful, professional, and ultimately made the deal happen. My only complaint, and the reason for the 3-star rating, was my experience with my salesman. He did not seem knowledgeable about their website, inventory, or even how to properly navigate me through their online credit application. I repeatedly asked, “Are you sure this is right?” and was told yes, only to find out afterward that it wasn’t. This ultimately resulted in my credit being run multiple times. When I questioned it, I was told, “Sorry, this is my first time,” and it seemed to be treated like it wasn’t a big deal. When you’re dealing with someone’s credit and a major purchase, knowing your procedures and being confident that you’re giving the customer correct information is extremely important. If it had not been for the managers stepping in, especially the gentleman who worked to find me financing, I probably would have walked away from the deal. That being said, I would absolutely buy from City Auto of Memphis again. They treated me well, gave me a great deal, and I’m very happy with my van. I would simply request a different sales representative next time—someone more experienced and knowledgeable about the process.
2018 Ford Transit-350 review
Love the visibility! Drives like a van though much bigger. So far, gas mileage is not what has been advertised in media. I wish there were a 2 inch receiver instead of 1 1/4 inch receiver so I could use a platform for transport of small scooter. If one uses an 1 1/4 to 2 inch extender the weight limit is reduced.

2018 Ford Transit-350 review
We recently purchased a 2018 Transit 350, 12 passenger and I’m honestly sad we didn’t do it sooner. My husband and I have five children (all in car seats/boosters) and two large dogs, packing everyone into my Acadia for a road trip was stressful and no one had personal space. In the Transit the kids essentially have their own row of seating and we have so much cargo space! I can fit all groceries into the cargo area without laying seats down which is phenomenal. Getting everyone in and out of the Transit is much easier as the sliding door is huge. Keeping this vehicle clean is also surprisingly easy as you can see under every seat front to back. There are no plastic parts to hide garbage or a forgotten backpack until the weekly cleaning. Granted I was skeptical of just how great this would be as I’ve always driven an SUV and have zero desire to be a minivan mom. Driving it can also be intimidating at first but it seriously drives like an SUV. I am five foot tall and had no trouble navigating my way around town. However, I do recommend double parking in the further portion of the parking lot or you won’t be able to get everyone into the sliding door if the car beside you parks too close, only slight downside. If you have a big family you need to buy this van!

2016 Ford Transit-350 review
We are a family of 7, but our kids are 17,17,14,13, and 8. Add two adults to that and we no longer really fit into a minivan. We were looking for something a little larger with towing capacity. The problem was that we didn't want to pay $45,000 for a USED Toyota, so we looked at other options like a Chevy Express, but we really didn't like that. We ended up with this Ford Transit, and we really like it so far. I hope it will serve us well for many years.

2017 Ford Transit-350 review
Used it for doing tours in Big Sur, Monterey, Carmel and the coastal areas and always was able to get uphill and have plenty of power with 15 people in it. Works great for touring and transportation. Comfortable ride, great head room, half the price of the Mercedes and Gray is the best color! Mid roof is the best option because of the wind and head room. Ride is nice.
