Rather than trying to steer me toward a different trim, he went above and beyond to locate and reserve the exact Nightshade I wanted. From the very beginning, Tyler was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. When I picked up my vehicle, he took the time to walk me through the features, helped me pair my phone, showed me how to use the hands-free power liftgate and fuel door, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. What really stood out was that Tyler made it clear his support didn't end after the sale. He encouraged me to call him anytime if I had questions or ran into any issues with my new vehicle, which gave me a great deal of confidence. This is my second Toyota, and although I purchased my first one from a different dealership, I chose Sheehy Toyota of Laurel solely because of Tyler Willis. After this experience, I can't imagine buying my next Toyota anywhere else. Tyler has earned my trust, my future business, and my highest recommendation.

This is an updated review from the original I posted a couple of weeks ago. I'm very happy to say that it's a positive improvement. The response from the dealership led to a resolution we are extremely satisfied with. We felt heard, and, once we were in contact with the right people,they were nothing but professional when addressing the situation. We will return to this dealership for future Hyundai needs. The 4/5 stars is simply due to the fact that things weren't seamless from the get go. But, they have a 5 star rating from us when it comes to the General Managers view on customer service. Our original issue had to do with the availability of the right trim of the vehicle being available after we had driven from out of town. We did end up buying a car from this dealership once the correct one was available. This is 100% due to their approach to customer service. Top notch.

But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C
