I bought a 2016 Jeep Rubicon hard rock from another dealership in Oklahoma this past May. This dealership where I got it, never mentioned the multiple things wrong with it. I inherited many faulty problems with the engine and fuel system that I was unaware of. I took it to Melton for multiple repairs and worked with John in the service department. Best choice I ever made taking it there. John was just excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. Today I picked it up and runs like brand new. I couldn???t be happier. I deeply thank John for being honest and his patience plus expertise in explaining all the parts, work and time it was going to take to get everything right. I tell you, I???m bonded to Melton service and the staff couldn???t be more helpful and friendly. Melton service is the only place we will go now to service our vehicles. I highly recommend Melton service, they are A+ top notch period. I???d say take your vehicle there even if you live far away from Claremore......I know everyone would agree wi this post. I have a big family and we love to travel this car has everything a family needs from DVD players on the seats to the weather so you can look up driving conditions. Must have car!!!
Easy dealership to work with. Staff was reasonable and not overbearing. They made me a great deal and were understanding of the situation I was in, with recently having my truck stolen.

Great interior comfort- was looking for a vehicle that for a man ^'^" and a woman 5' The accomodations are perfect for both of us!.
Good power available when needed. Pretty paint - looks black, but is midnight green.
Has just enough ammenties- we're not fond of all the "bells and whistles" Couldn't be happier.
Good customer service, friendly staff, good price. We had a pleasant experience at the dealership and would recommend it to friends and family. Thank you

Usb ports, bluetooth, 2 places to add additional car chargers. I'm a big guy and at first it was a bit tight but as I kept driving it's easy to get used to.

I love how thoroughly it is designed with lot of attention to detail. My kids love it! I like the plug in feature. The EV battery takes away most of the trunk space which is a significant disadvantage. Shark fin antenna would have complimented the car better.
The Wife and I purchased a used 2014 Lexus RX350 in Awesome condition . Our Salesman Jeff Henderson really made the purchase an awesome car buying experience . A BIG thanks to Jeff and all the Lexus of Tulsa employees !

My 2009 Sonata started making a horrendous noise on my drive to work yesterday evening. I called to schedule service. Even though it was after service hours, someone was able to set an appointment for first thing this morning. Sadly, the repair would be more than the car is worth???Ray did what he could to help me out, but it was more than I was willing to spend for repairs. He connected me with Brandon, who took into consideration my buying parameters and patiently showed me car after car, trying to meet my needs. I now own a beautiful 2018 Elantra. (Did I mention how patient he was?) Thanks, guys!

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
My experience at Midtown Kia has been a plesant one to be repeated! The staff is friendly, skilled, trustworthy, attentive and efficient. Ample time and explanation were given to me regarding the upkeep of my car and my questions patiently and gladly addressed. This truck came equipped with everything I thought I would have to add after purchase. Very comfortable for me at 6ft 4in and my wife at 5ft 1in.
I called first before I came in and I spoke with Greg Stutzman in the service department. He said he could help us program a key fob, so we came in. He said they needed the fob and the car for about an hour so we walked across the street to get something to eat... and ???yes??? he showed us the waiting area and snacks we get, but we wanted to walk. Got back a he said they to program the fob because it was a China knockoff which I already knew but was hopeful. While he had the car he found out that it had a warranty issue that was unresolved so we let them fix it. Even though I didn???t get what I came in for, Greg???s friendly attitude and professionalism were a great source of comfort to us.

great truck for towing rides great with load a little rigid when empty. would not own any other truck than a F150. Very dependable and safe. Would not exceed 70000 miles for first tune up.
Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

Could not be happier with my recent purchase of this vehicle. It’s like having a full size bed pickup truck with a cap on it.
I was shopping for a used Chrysler Town & Country Van in excellent condition that had a 6-way power seat on the front passenger side and was white on the exterior. This particular model was very hard to find and CarMax only had about 4 of these nationwide out of about 340 Town & Country vans that they had in stock. I found one on-line that was in Texas that I liked. I contacted Brian Bricken and he started the process of having this particular van transferred to Tulsa. He called and let me know when it was here and ready to test drive. Brian was very easy to work with during the entire process. I test drove the van and liked it. Then I went through the actual buying process at CarMax which was quick and painless. Once I bought the van I took it to Christian Brothers Automotive on 81st street and for $99 plus tax they did a very thorough inspection and only found a few minor things that they recommended to be fixed. I then made an appointment with the CarMax Service Department and Bob helped me through that process. He gave my an appointment to bring the van and have their tech go through my short list of things that needed fixing. They replaced all the windshield wiper blades. They purchased and installed a rechargeable flashlight that was supposed to be in the van. They they ordered a plastic threshold to replace on that was slightly cracked. They also replace a piece of weatherstripping that had a minor tear in the black rubber. I am very pleased with my entire CarMax experience. Now I understand why there are so very many vehicles running around town with "CarMax" emblems on the rear of the vehicle. The next time I need to purchase a vehicle I plan to go on-line and see what CarMax has to offer.

First car ever owned. Specifically I have the Ford Focus 2018 1.0 Ecoboost. It’s automatic transmission and have great features for new drivers and has been really reliable. I plan on putting more miles on it and updating this but so far it’s been amazing. Only issue I have is I wish the lower end models still had Sync 3 as this car doesn’t support Apple CarPlay.
Everyone was very helpful and were able too get us everything we were looking for and more

This car meets all my standards & beats my expectations. I've never owned a car with as many bells & whistles as my 2016 Ford Focus. I have a family of 5 and I thought at first it might be to small bc our family is tall & big boned height ranges from 5'11" to 4' tall. We're all very comfortable together in the car. It has so many bells & whistles I'm still figuring everything out the car has to offer lol. It is a very reliable car, great on miles, great on gas I filled up for $17 I was so excited about that. I'm very happy with the car and everything it has to offer.
I have really enjoyed my car buying experience at Kevin Grover GMC. So far I have bought 2 vehicles there and both times felt no pressure from my salesman and I have left feeling like I got a good deal without all the haggling that you get with big town dealers. I know all the people that work there and they all have an interest in making sure you are satisfied with your visit and your purchase, plus the service after the sale is wonderful as well..Steven Willis

Bought this to pull my fifth wheel camper. This truck has the 6.2 gas motor and will pull anything. No hesitation or straining on this truck. Hook up and go in a very stylish and comfortable truck. Big price tag but will be one of my favorite vehicles to drive for years to come.
