2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

2022 Ford Edge review
I purchased the titanium awd edge which came with 20 inch wheels and the ride was a bit rough. I had a 2016 with 18 inch wheels and it was very smooth. I found a set of 18 inch original ford wheels, purchased new tires and now it rides like a dream. It´s quiet, handles well, the interior is a bit dated, but has all the tech and safety I need. I compared the X3 and Q5, but the Edge had a lower price and was loaded. Not a single problem since I bought it, just regular service and one recall that was fixed while I waited at the dealer. I highly recommend it.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

2025 Ford Bronco Sport review
I’ve only had my Bronco for a little over month now and have only driven it for 2 weeks because I was away but I am very pleased with it and highly recommend it. We came to Fremont toyota on a Sunday to have our car serviced. Our appointment was really early so I came to pick up my husband after dropping our car to service department. We don't know but for some reason we kinda' looked around used car department to browse their Camrys. I've been wanting to trade our other car which is a Corolla since last year. I have a 15 month old baby but since we have a good working 4runner, I was just really hoping for a full sized car coz' i feel it's not too big as an SUV but not too compact as my current car. James Kang approached us at the parking lot and offered help. In my mind, omg they will really try to sell us something. And right there and then I told my husband "we've been though this before, we still have our car, we won't be super impulsive and pressured." That day was not really a day to buy, although i've been wanting the car, but it was not an urgent thing. James came back and talked to us. He had a very nice and light aura- No hassle, No pressure. and that was the first time I felt that way with a dealer. From test driving the car, til contract signing- we didnt feel rushed and obligated. I guess to make long story short, yes i traded my car- but the process was so smooth. And even though we got a 2014 Camry, slightly used, I think we got what we wanted and we are happy. James took care of everything even we had to come back to fix slight dents i found, he was very prompt and honest. He is highly recommended, if you wanna have a good car buying experience.
2020 Ford Escape review
I bought a used 2020 Ford escape hybrid titanium with 33,000 miles. I came from a 2015 X3 and I am surprised how well this car handles and feels firmly planted. I love the electric driving at slow speeds and you can hear the gas engine come on and it’s louder than my BMW, but I am still pleasantly surprised by the low level of road noise at highway speeds. Mine is Persian green, which is rare, and absolutely beautiful after I waxed it. The exterior is pretty good, considering its price range, and the interior is subpar with the hard plastic on the doors, but overall, the controls are very intuitive, easily reachable, and after I learned how to use all the options, my favorite feature is the adaptive cruise control with stop and go and lane centering. The car basically just drives itself, even in the city at low speeds. I just have to make the turns and stop at red lights and stop signs if there is no car in front of me. I also love the short stopping distances with the brakes, which feel great and confidence-inspiring, and the steering actually feels better than in my BMW, which was too light at highway speeds. Another feature that sold me was how much legroom there is in the backseat, especially the fact that you can recline the backseat a little bit and also push it a few inches back to create more legroom. There is definitely more legroom in the front and back than in my BMW, even though my BMW was a few inches longer than this car. I love the look of the RAV4 hybrid XLE and it has more cargo room, but if you check the user reviews, you’ll see that the Escape hybrid actually beats it in mpg and in my area, I would’ve paid $8k - $9k more for a similar used RAV4 so I felt like the Escape hybrid was a better value overall. I rarely buy extended warranties with cars, but I did with this one since it was such a good deal at only $4000 but it gave me seven years of extended coverage and up to 80,000 more miles, whichever comes first. Considering how tariffs will affect car part pricing and car repair bills, I thought this was a an exceptional value, just like the car itself. I’ve only had it for three weeks, but I am really enjoying driving the car and seeing how little gas it sips.

2015 Ford Edge review
I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

2022 Ford Bronco Sport review
Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

We decided to go with a used 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring that was being offered up at Fremont Toyota for the price range that I was looking for. It was pretty much a no-brainer for us to call up Adnan Kazmee (he goes by Kaz though) to help us out with this purchase since he helped us out with the previous one. Kaz was very sympathetic to our situation and took some time to make sure the price, financing, etc. were manageable but also worth it for what we are paying for. More importantly though, he always made sure we actually LIKED the cars he was test driving for us. 2023 Ford Bronco review
I bought a brandnew 2023 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 2.7L with Sasquatch packaje in November 2024, there are no complains up to now, it runs better than I expected and is very comfortable inside. Acceleration is also better than expected in spite of 35 inches factory tires, I love it.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2024 Ford Edge review
7 Ford Edges and the 2024 is rock solid yet quiet and great performance. Everyone wants to use the Edge when we go anywhere. The controls are easy to use for non distracted driving. Long road trips are un eventful and tires last forever. Loading space in the rear is flat easy and lots of space. Good visibility and safe.

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

From the initial contact in the evening to driving home in a new car before noon the following day. Cody Elemen was great, ( laid back, no pressure and efficient). He got everything squared away on his end before i got there so i could just sign the needed documents and be on my way, wasn't even at the dealership 2hrs total (included test driving the car, running a credit check, securing financing, signing paperwork). They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had. 2024 Ford Edge review
I owned a 2017 Fusion Platinum and did not want to get a SUV. Knowing the Edge was based on the same platform, I gave the 2024 a spin. I was impressed. It drove, handled, braked, and steered very well. I drove many cars, and even though Ford had not redesigned in a while, it was more enjoyable to drive than the Audi Q5 and Lexus RX. I rated the value a 3 because it is expensive. The Titanium Elite price is in the Lexus/Audi ballpark. I really wanted the Audi because I have owned some in the past, but the Edge was more sporty and more comfortable. I drove the ST and I was surprised that it did not feel a lot faster. This wqas the same with the Fusion. You can tell the ST was faster, but it did not jump off the line like I was expecting. I was disappointed the edge lost some equipment from the past as it is being phased out. So I added it. I added the hood insulation, the engine cover, the cargo cover, LED lighted sill plates, and the laminated acoustic glass on the front doors, all purchased from FORD dealers to make sure they were the real deal. I also added the keyless entry keypad (securicode). I was really disappointed they deleted securicode. The interior is not flashy like an Audi, but I like that it is understated. The carmello seat and door inserts make the car very audi-ish and special. It is too bad this is the last year. The Lincoln Nautilus lives on as the next generation in the USA. I can tell it has roots from the Fusion. That is also gone.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

We have had repetitive issues with a new Corsair we purchased in 2024 for the last seven months. The vehicle has been in and out of the service department. The car was not fixed or temporarily fixed (only for the issue to return the next day) and or denied any mechanical issues existed. We were even told to take the vehicle to another Dealership (Lincoln) as they could not fix or identify/find any problems, but at this point, we did not trust any Lincoln Dealerships due to the consistent gaslighting, fabricating, and inability to repair the vehicle. Instead, we took our car to Capitol Ford/DGDG Group and the service was absolutely what one would expect. Professional, engaging, mechanical experts, honest, caring, and engaging. Such a nice car. A.C. and heated seats,great climate control,great seats with adjustable lumbar support, sky roof, a big get up and go boost, fabulous indoor and outdoor lighting, non cheap leather seats and the dash computer is very doable for me ( being such a Luddite!)!Just absolutely a happy gal having picked this titanium Edge! Will love it until the wheels fall off.

I originally reached out online looking for a used Kia EV that was showing up on their website. I got an immediate response from Josh and was able to set up a test drive right away. Josh was great during the visit to the office and the test drive, with ABSOLUTELY ZERO pressure, which is one of my pet peeves. We decided to complete the purchase at that time, and other than sort of a long wait to meet with Finance, it was a smooth transition. Amir in Finance made the process fast and easy--electronic signatures really make the process fly along!--and he was very clear with his explanations of what we were signing and why. Also zero pressure on the extended warranty and service contracts. By the time we were done signing the car was ready for us. Overall, a really pleasant experience from top to bottom.
2022 Ford Bronco Sport review
I have a '22 Base. My wife and I love it. We needed a 4x4 when we move to a more rural state and although we're generally happy with the vehicle, we can't help roll our eyes of the number of recalls and reliability questions surrounding the model. Had I known about the difference in the 1.5L to 2L engines, I'd have opted for the 2L engines, but that's only available at the top trimmed Badlands. This is almost the perfect vehicle for a two person household who has a dog, likes to take day trips and it pretty good on fuel economy (32mpg over 15k miles). The interior is pretty cheap, however. I would recommend the vehicle, however, but only with the 2L engine and only with a warranty. There are just too many concerns with this vehicle to own it without a warranty

2021 Ford Escape review
I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
2024 Ford Edge review
Extremely pleased with the comfort and ride on my new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium. Have previously owned two Explorers and two Edges. Thought my 2022 Explorer rode very quiet, had lots of power and very comfortable. , but this Edge is significantly better all around than the Explorer. I wish it had intelligent 4 wheel drive with the rear drive primary. I will deal with the AWD version. It handles extremely well with a solid quiet ride and tight turning radius. It has a very large 7x10 touch screen mounted vertically in the middle of the dash. You can control almost every possible setting on this. Totally loaded and worth the extra cost. It is so comfortable we can drive 13-14 hours straight though on our trips to Florida . Drive it, you won’t be disappointed.

2021 Ford Bronco Sport review
Generally the styling is nice, you really can see where the older Escape was used as the basis for this vehicle. The interior is nice and comfortable. Ford missed the mark on storage. The dead space behind the screen, as one example. You can buy a bin that will fit very nicely in that spot. Mileage has been good. Road noise can be a little much as times, and the ride can get a little jittery at speed. There is an odd shudder between 35 and 40mph, that the service tech said is from "cylinder deactivation". Ford and other manufacturers have had this technology for a long time. Seems hard to believe that Ford would screw it up. Was told that it happens in Eco or Normal mode. In Sport mode it's less noticeable, and doesn't really effect the mileage that much. Tried it, didn't see much of a difference. Other issue is legroom in the back seat. I'm 6'4" (and it's surprisingly easy for me to get in and out), but I need to have the seat back a bit. Leaves very little room for a back seat passenger. Overall, pretty good vehicle. Hopefully in the next gen, they'll correct some of these issues.
