I was looking for a safe car for my daughter, and happened upon a Hyundai at Auto House that was in our budget. I had never worked with them before, and was a little concerned by a negative review. Turned out there was no need to worry. They are a business, and won't hold a car for you on a "I might be interested", and no one should expect that from ANY dealership. I was interested in a car, so I wrote them a (refundable) deposit to temporarily hold the car so I could schedule my mechanic to review it. When my mechanic was available, I picked up the car and took it in. My mechanic found an issue. I still wanted the car, but I wanted that issue addressed. Auto House worked out a fair price to do the work, and the car was ready for delivery 2 days later. We've had the car a week, and so far no surprises which is what we were hoping for.

A few months later I even called thier service department to set up my first oil change and that process also was extremely pleasant. These guys have earned my business for years to come! This was a vastly different experience than the nightmare we experienced with Huntley Ford in Illinois.

2013 Ford Transit Connect review
I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

I looked at close to 400 trucks on line at 4 different sites. Auto House had the most reasonably priced truck in my price range. It was very clean and in much better shape than the others I looked at. The owner and all the staff were very nice and a pleasure to deal with. I did have a problem with a service engine light. They fixed the problem in a timely fashion. I will be back when I need another car or truck.
2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

I received phenomenal customer service from this dealership I flew all the way from Michigan and was mad at the airport by Jairo. He was awesome!!! I felt very comfortable with this whole sale beginning to end. I wire transferred funds before I even seen the vehicle. I was worried to do so but I knew how hard it was to find the vehicle they were selling so I took them at their word and it was a great decision. Keep in mind you are buying a vehicle that won’t be perfect. You’re getting a older used vehicle. As long as you go into your sale with REALISTIC expectations you will be very happy with this dealership! Jairo actually went to another dealership to buy a part for the Wrangler I bought from them because he knew I was driving it a long distance home. Everything worked very well on the Jeep and it was in very good shape for being 15 years old! Jairo also offered to mail me the print out copy of the Carfax and seriously made the whole experience awesome! Thanks guys. I live in Waukesha I couldn't make a deal on an incoming car, but I ended up ordering the car to spec from another dealer who had three allocations the dealers in Iowa, but it's gonna cost me $600 to ship the car which is not that bad because I'm saving thousands of dollars I previously purchased another brand of vehicle from this dealer as well but they're one of the largest Ford dealers in the Midwestern United States, which is how they ended up getting my business originally they have a big presence on all of the ford forums so the deals are out there people you just have to look for them. It's not 2022 anymore And ford sales numbers of public Especially when it comes to models like mustangs. But at least I tried to get my local deal of the business first and I provided evidence to them of the deal I could get because you know how it is. They always say that you're lying about the deal you can get. Etc etc etc Do your research you can always save money. It's a Ford. It's not a Porsche GT 3RS OK.

Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

My mother and I went to Carmax with the intention of doing a trade-in with our 2007 Chrysler Town & Country. We wanted to downsize on the amount of vehicles that we owned and had discussed the possibility of purchasing a new car for next year. We worked with a sales consultant by the name of Mike Snyder, who was very friendly and helpful! In a few hours we were able to sell the van and use the rest of the money to purchase another car that was within our price range, dependable, and roomy. Mike didn't try to get us to purchase a vehicle that was "out of our range" or anything that would've required us to pay "out of our pocket." He was straight-forward and honest; my mother and I had dreaded the idea of meeting a typical car salesman who tries to get a lot of money out of their client. We've purchased vehicles from Carmax before and we're glad that we did it again! We'll be back to trade-in our other vehicle, but it was an exciting and fruitful experience!
