2024 Ford Mustang review
I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. I have never bought a car online before let alone bought a car without even seeing it or driving it. I saw a Bentley Flying Spur for sale at Chicago Auto Gallery. I called and spoke to a salesperson named Steve. From the first hello on the phone until we closed the deal and the car was shipped to me Steve was fantastic. He did everything possible to ensure that I was satisfied with the car and the deal. Now here's the extra part that I was even shocked at myself. Once I got the car, I drove it and after 5 miles some of the lights came on such as check engine, ride height, traction control and ABS. I was initially immensely pissed. I called Steve and said you might want to get ahold of that driver who delivered this car and tell him to take it back. Steve suggested I take it to a certified mechanic near me and have it looked at to see what was the problem. Apparently when one light goes off, it triggers more lights to activate. I had it looked at and to fix the car right it was going to be over $3000. Steve took care of it and the dealership paid the whole bill. In my mind that was the most solid thing to do and he did it. He could have argued and tried to avoid it or said no, you bought it, you fix it. They did not do that to me. I'm in Pittsburgh and they are in Chicago. I know I had rights and could have just sent it back but I wanted that car and they fixed it for me. I appreciate everything they (Steve) did for me and I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you again Steve and Chicago Auto Gallery.

The GT500 Cobra is the best automobile I have ever owned. Fast, Rugged and Very, Very nice looking. This automobile drives absolutely straight. There is no pull to the left or to the right. The interior is excellent, no flaws in the seating surfaces nor in the dash and instrument panel.

2008 Ford Explorer Sport Trac review
After driving the Chevy and several others, the Sorento EX V6 was by far the best value for my money. It is solidly built, quiet, and smooth. The ride is like a Lexus and it handles almost like a sedan. It's just the right size, has very comfortable seats and is loaded with technology!

2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid review
Purchased this Fusion from a guy that won it in Fords 47 mpg picture contest. It has been the most Reliable vehicle I have ever owned. It had maybe 30 miles on it when I purchased in Jan 2013 and now has 154000 miles as of 8/2023. Still has original 12 v battery. Lifetime average mpg has been about 43 mpg. On my 3rd set of tires and only did rear brakes and rear camera replacement.

2008 Ford Shelby GT500 review
I own a super low mileage 2008 GT500. The car is quick but needs “sticky tires” off the line. It’s 100% stock except for tires and has a bit over 8000 miles on it. Don’t get me wrong, as I don’t beat the car but drive it with respect.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!
2018 Ford Focus ST review
Purchased new in August 2018. Great performance and handling. Excellent braking and great aesthetics. Now at 95,000 miles. Needed rear brake rotors at 30,000 miles and rear third light at 3,000 miles. both covered under warranty. No other repairs needed. Extremely fun to drive. I average 28-29 mpg combined. I tend to accelerate quickly. Never an issue with the 6 speed. Comfortable on cross country trips.

2019 Ford Flex review
I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

2014 Ford Focus ST review
If you are looking for an all around daily driver that can have fun and also hold thing's this is it. I have a 2014 ST1 with 237,000 miles on the clock the car is an overall fun experience it is not NC Miata fun but it's 75% of the way and you can still do daily driver things like have trunk space. It is a little more performance-oriented than something like a golf GTi if you enjoy a nice interior cabin more then a little more hoon factor then I would go with the Golf. I have Pirelli p zeros all around and the car is not the best in rain or snow to be expected it's front-wheel drive the nanny State traction control makes it worse. When you get this car in it's ideal state a B-road it does well the torque vectoring really helps and it's a blast at speed's that won't have you taking a trip to jail. If you are driving like a normal civilized person on the highway it also does fairly well it will do your average highway speed no problem in 6th Gear at a low RPM getting somewhere in the range of 26.5 to 34 miles to the gallon depending on where you are (my record is 35.2mpg downhill 55mpg 6th gear.). While it can accelerate and has power on the highway this is not a rocket ship it has enough power to be competent but it is not fast cabin space is not terrible there is a little bit of noise but that's really not bad considering it's an Econo box with a turbo. As for maintenance it hasn't really been any issues a couple plastic hoses here and there because high mileage these cars like a lot of front wheel drive cars tend to eat motor mounts as well as front brakes but both are to be expected with a front wheel drive car I would also recommend a catch-can. The interior depending on what's trim level you have will feel a certain level of cheap that's fine it's a cheap car even the base cloth ST1 seats are decent. Overall it's a fun all-around decent daily driver

2002 Ford Explorer Sport review
I love this car so much. If I could have my 2002 Ford Explorer for the rest of my life, I would. I’ve easily put ~40,000 miles on it since I got it (it was already at around 80,000!) and I haven’t paid for a single repair aside from a window that wouldn’t roll up. Oil changes and regular check ups. That’s it. HUGE car with tons of space for both people and/or cargo. I can fit my 10 foot surfboard in here with every door closed, it’s awesome. Needless to say, everyone comes to me for help moving. I will be searching for the most similar car when I need to give this one up someday.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.
2020 Ford Mustang review
I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.
