Fair negotiation. Took a while to get to the finance office to close the deal. It’s a bigger dealership and it was a Saturday so expected. Overall good experience. The first deal was done over the phone until I drove over to make the trade, sign the papers, then drive home my new Elantra Hybrid Limited. The second trade was done completely remote, with a driver bringing the new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid to the house along with the paperwork to sign. The driver drove off in my wife's CRV hybrid.

Having issues with car starting. Stopped at auto zone to have battery checked. After 5 tries they said it was fine. So stopped by Toyota and Doug was kind enough to recheck and as I suspected battery bad. I went to pick my grands up at school and back by for them to replace the battery. Not only were they quick with the repair but so kind to the kids! Thanks to Doug and the folks at Toyota for keeping me running and being so great to deal with. Kids wanted to stay! 😁
2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!
