Circle Buick GMCReviews
Circle Buick GMC review
I would like to thank Kathy and her team at Circle Buick GMC for making my vehicle purchase a great experience. At first, the process was becoming a little discouraging, but Kathy remained patient, positive, and professional throughout the entire experience. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Thanks to Kathy and James dedication and excellent customer service, I was able to drive away in the vehicle I wanted, a brand new 2026 GMC Terrain! Her knowledge, honesty, and positive energy truly made a difference. I was originally referred to Kathy at Circle Buick GMC, and after my experience, I will absolutely be recommending her to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you again, Kathy and the entire team, for helping make this happen!

Smith Chevrolet review
The service I receive, consistantly exceeds my expectations. I arrived with a burned out headlight and was told that the repair might take 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how quick they could get a technician freed up from another assignment. I don't think 20 minutes had passed, before I was handed my keys and told the repairs were complete. The service staff is friendly especially kyle , efficient and always makes me feel like I am their top priority. Great job.

Peterson Chevrolet BuickReviews
Peterson Chevrolet Buick review
I found myself in need of a vehicle. Bryan Montgomery (Service Dept) recommended salesman Gary Laming. I believe based on his personality. ☺️Gary is very low key, shared the vehicle details. There were two I had interest in. I bought the Buick enclave but realized the next day it was probably going to be too large for me. I notified Gary, and he had another vehicle ready for me when I went in. We switched them out…he had the car ready and filled with gas…paperwork ready also. No problem! A few days ago I realized there was no jack handle in the trunk. I notified Gary and he rounded one up for me and I picked it up at the dealership. Gary has a great, no-pressure approach to sales. He does not try to talk you into buying. A pleasure to buy from!

Roe MotorsReviews
Roe Motors review
The service at Roe from Eric & Mike was amazing! Like my wife said to me, this was the first time she has bought a vehicle and felt good about the whole experience afterwards! Financially, we weren’t planning on having to get rid of my previous car. But we have a third daughter on the way, due very soon. So we decided to try to see if they could help us find something with more seating. Even though we weren’t in a great position to buy, the team at Roe was able to get us into this 2020 Acadia Denali at a great price, & a lower than expected interest rate! I highly recommend Eric & the rest of Roe! Thank you! WWW.roemotors.com

Don Franklin Bardstown Chevrolet Buick review
I researched new vehicle makes for over a year. Next, my wife and I decided to purchase the 2025 Buick Encore GX Avenir FWD as listed on the Don Franklin Bardstown KY Chevy Buick website. After chatting on the website and texting employees about purchasing this car, I set up an appointment. Our salesman, Josh Barrett greeted us as when we arrived. In his office, he showed a document which highlighted the numbers which we wanted. Next, we got a thorough overview of the car and took it for a test drive. When my wife and I returned, we processed the documentation with Josh and Chris Hammer. We have been loyal Don Franklin customers since 2013 and this vehicle purchase is number 6 and this DF dealership is the 4th. If you need a Buick, see the Don Franklin Bardstown dealership. We are happy customers and will purchase from them again. Thank you Josh Barrett and Chris Hammer!!!

Reached out promptly to answer questions and provide any additional information I needed. Courteous and respectful. One thing that was a bit of an annoyance was all the unnecessary extra emails they sent. Easy to unsubscribe from receiving them though!

Absolutely amazing and easy one of the best purchases I?ve ever made and I buy a truck every year. Found the truck on Cars.com contacted. The dealer made the deal that day. Very minimal negotiations needed. The sales person was amazing. I highly recommend him as well.
