Excellent customer service with very friendly sales and finance personnel. Morgan King, my sales lady, and Eric in finance provided a first class experience exhibiting courtesy and professionalism throughout.
2017 GMC Acadia review
Have had lots of problems with the wheel sensors. New tires and new sensors and still have the same issue. Shows tire low and it is not. Just car not even two years the air conditioning would not blow out cold air. The compressor in the back went out, need to be replaced. Side car waring lights come on sometimes even though no car anywhere near me. Fold in mirrors are a joke the driver side comes in and out, however the passenger side sticks. Dealer said yeah that happens. This car is garage kept!

Goode Motor Mazda review
It was worth the drive from Boise! Everything went perfectly. What a great bunch of guys! The car was out front and ready to test drive. My daughter loves her new car.
2018 GMC Acadia review
I think the Danali is very elegant for being such a reasonable price. I test drove a used 2015 and with 119,000 miles it didn't skip a beat love the heads up display feature, helps for those of us who cant tell how fast we are going;) dislike center counsel seems kind of small and useless, just a armrest. Also i'm not sure If the newer models have changed much but bucket seats need better drink holders putting your drink in the door(small and shallow hole at that ), is a disaster waiting to happen especially with kids in and out slamming a door with a fountain drink or something other than a caped liquid is going to cause a major mess inside. if it gets shook out when the door slams shut. should be on the floor in back of center consol. Also maybe mirrors a touch larger but again being used to a truck, if it didn't have the safety features of blind spot alerts it would be a added effort of making sure its clear with a small mirror. Love the comfort the leg room i had a friend along that's 6'3 and he was very impressed how he could completely stretch is legs straight out and still left plenty of room for someone behind him. love the moon roof addition sure its nice at night. OVER ALL GREAT SUV!

Windy City Autos LLCReviews
Windy City Autos LLC review
I recently purchased a Honda from Windy City Autos in Schaumburg, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. What stood out most was the honesty and transparency. Everything about the car was explained clearly, my questions were answered without any pressure, and I never felt like I was being rushed into making a decision. The car itself has been fantastic, its comfortable, smooth, reliable, fuel-efficient, and a pleasure to drive. It feels like I made an excellent choice, both in the vehicle and where I purchased it. Windy City Autos made the buying process simple and stress-free. They treated me with respect, made sure I understood the paperwork, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. If you’re in the Schaumburg area and looking for a quality used vehicle and a dealership you can feel comfortable dealing with, I highly recommend giving Windy City Autos a chance. Thank you to the entire Windy City Autos.

MemberCar is outstanding. I recently bought a used car and the service I got from Rob was great. I was not pressured and they made me feel comfortable, which is important when dealing with people. I went to many other places to shop for a car and none of them made me feel comfortable or have a good friendly attitude. MemberCar is on my list for another used car in the future because they care about thier customers. Thanks to everyone.

Very good experience. Dodge was very kind and worked with us to find what we needed and within the price range we wanted!
2016 GMC Acadia review
I bought the Denali back in October and I love everything about it, all the features and creature comforts and i especially love the styling, both in and out, all the shiny chrome and satin metal! I bought this because I love how big it is and I needed something to haul things around and it works perfectly. I did a lot of research on this vehicle before I purchased, I especially did an in-depth look at the reliability because it's a GM product and I must say that this vehicle is known to have AC troubles and that was the case with mine and since it's winter i haven't gotten that done yet but I will in the spring, but I went into this knowing it was a possibility so I'm not too bummed out about it and I took that risk, other than that the reliability has been solid no issues and mine has 60k miles! I also compared the Buick Enclave and Chevy Traverse because I know they're very similar but I liked this the most.

Great experience working with Nina Abbott in navigating me through purchase process of my leased id4 .
2015 GMC Acadia review
Drove over 2 1/2 hours to look at a specific car- the car did not disappoint but more importantly the whole staff was amazing!! From the first online message to the phone call to the online check in when I got close to them having the vehicle not only detailed and waiting but full of gas and ready for the test drive….. simply the most prepared, most friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, honest group of ppl I’ve ever encountered! And how fun they were!! They made what could have been an exhausting stressful drawn out process the easiest fastest funnest most relaxed and confident decision I think I’ve ever made! Absolutely must give the team of Maraya, Kalista and Tim cudos for going above and beyond and making this dream come true! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs good reliable transportation for themselves or a family member! I really don’t think I could have found a better place to do business with. Yes it was a bit of a drive- but I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. 100% NO regrets!! Can seriously not recommend this dealership and this team enough! Don’t waste time thinking- just GO!! DO IT!! It’s worth the drive!!

2019 GMC Acadia review
Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.

2014 GMC Acadia review
I am a 78 yr old female and have owned this vehicle since 2014. Great vehicle performance and reliability a comfort drive. The only problem I have is with the 2 front doors scraping the paint off the door sill. This vehicle was driven by owner of the dealership for a few months before I purchased it. On the whole I am still proud to drive this vehicle.

Lake Chevrolet review
From start to finish Lake Chevrolet was phenomenal!! My salesman Chuck found my exactly what was best suited for my needs. Andria assisted me with my paperwork and was an absolute joy to work with. Jeremy went above and beyond to get me the very best pricing available for my situation. The absolute BEST dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I truly appreciate the time, effort, and genuine care shown me throughout the process, which took less than 48 hours from start to finish! I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family!! THANK YOU LAKE CHEVROLET!!
2015 GMC Acadia review
Just the right size for 2 adults, a child, two large dogs and two large ice chests to head to the boat with all our equipment and food. Hated to see them downsize it in '17. It has had few maintenance issues and they have been reasonable in cost. It has kept it's value over the years.

2012 GMC Acadia review
Bought 2012 in 2021. I have put 18,000 miles on it. Had to do brakes, CV joint, and the thermostat. Otherwise, it runs very good.
