Always very professional, service is excellent. I like the video walkaround of the car by the mechanic, explaining and showing status of components. Every customer gets individual service.

Last February 2025 I purchased a Buick Envision from this dealership. They are wonderful to deal with every step of the way. I received 2 free oil change service and they just completed my second. From sales to service they are knowledgeable, kind courteous and efficient. You really can’t ask for more. If you’re considering Jake Sweeney for buying or servicing your vehicle you simply can’t go wrong.

Voss Toyota review
I had a great experience purchasing a Toyota Sienna from this dealer today. I worked with Brad (over email) and Morgan (in person). Both Brad and Morgan were great to interact with - very professional, polite, and prompt. Brad gave a competitive quote over email, and Morgan walked me through the sales process. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. No tricks that some other dealers are known for. I cannot comment on the quality of repairs, but I can highly recommend the sales department.

2024 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

Bud's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Bud's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
We recently purchased our 2026 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Buds and always it went very well. Shawn did a great job of keeping us informed on the date the Jeep was expected to arrive at Buds. When it arrived, he had it all ready to deliver to us at our convenience. He spent the time with us going over all of the technology that has changed since we bought our 2019 Jeep Cherokee…we probably forgot half of it!! But we are confident that a call to Shawn will get all of the answers we need! We’ve purchased 6 or 7 vehicles from Buds over the past 15-20 years and have never had a problem with the sales or service folks, it’s a great bunch of people! Thank you, Buds!
2024 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

Mike was great to work with and kept us on top of things during the whole process. Never pushy. Adam walked us through the paperwork for financing and we left with a smile on our faces. Great bunch of people.....Great Experience all around. Will definitely return for our next car purchase.

Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati review
What impressed me was I wasn't buying a new car. But I was treated as I was buying one. The way they handled my trade in was excellent. They even fixed a small issue on the van prior to me purchasing. I was treated way better than several other dealerships I looked at. I would recommend Kevin to anyone looking for a car
2024 GMC Sierra 1500 review
Recently purchased a 2024 CPO Sierra Denali with the 3.0 Duramax. Fuel mileage on the highway nears 30 mpg. Super smooth ride with a super entertainment system. Best vehicle I have owned.

Jake Sweeney Chevrolet review
Robert my salesman was incredible in helping me. Took his time out of multiple days to make sure that my experience was everything it needed to be… I honestly have never had such good service from a dealership before. I was in a bad situation with my old car and they acted out of good faith to help me get into a new car safe for my child and I, even with not the greatest credit score! I appreciate this dealership more than you’ll ever know and we will be back for future cars !!
