I bought this after going to the dealer just to look at colors. I had a 2016 Chevy 1500 LTZ that I loved. There was my down payment and took this Denali home. Only 2 options. Paint and moonroof. I thought my chevy with 3.42 gears was quick. This one goes with 3.23's. The ride is great. Fit and finish are perfect. My only complaint is this Bose/Apple play radio is not what the 2016 Bose was.

My salesman was Mason. He is new to car sales and I had the privilege of being his first sale. He was very attentive. Didn't pressure me at all. Took time to help me find what I needed. Me being a single mom, his manager Julio understood my budget and circumstance. Everyone was great. I'll tell all my friends about them.

Oh my Goodness. I love my service writer Gerald! with every question, he has a solution! He listens, he gives you information and then lets you decide what is best for you. This is my first Chevy and I was worried about changing automotive brands. I went to the same dealership to purchase and service for 30 years. But honestly, the only regret is that I didn't look at a Chevy at Tom Bell Chevy sooner. From the purchase, to the service, I would not change a thing! This truck has a jerk when changing gears sometimes. I enjoy the truck overall easy to handle and comfortable. Drive with ease sight is good when driving.

Overall I am very happy with my new Truck. GMC however needs to address their software glitch where the display screen intermittently stops working or the audio cuts in and out. I keep hearing a software update is being worked on but that was a while ago?

This is my second Lexus purchase from Crown Lexus. It was a pleasure walking in to this sparkling clean showroom for my appointment to look at pre owned cars and have my trade-in evaluated. I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I have the 1500 double cab with standard bed. The reason I have this vehicle is I really like the 6.5 foot bed. The crew cab with same bed is just too long. The things I dislike about this model is that it only comes in the SLE model. For the 2025 that means the external mirrors do NOT have a power fold in and it does not have a seat memory for more that one driver. The power fold in for the mirrors is extremely important to me.

I called the dealership and spoke to Gary Koch. I found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. We discussed the online price and agreed to purchase the car. I am not local and handled the preliminary paperwork over the phone. Once everything was confirmed I booked a flight and Gary offered to pick me up. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 90 minutes. Gary made the car buying process super easy and enjoyable. I also received an exceptional deal.

Waiting for the Refreshed 2022 AT4 was well worth it! With all the manufacturing issues today, building and shipping was slow, but understandable. Love the truck and the features! Fit is perfect and quality is #1. Pricing was too high but all vehicles are running this way. You get what you pay for and this truck is perfect! I have owned many trucks and this by far is the best. The latest features are beyond most other makes and GM has thought this truck through from front to rear.

I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra Elevation. I traded in a FULLY loaded 2015 Sierra SLT, that I was really sad to see go, but the Elevation really sold me on styling and ride quality. I lost a couple high end bells and whistles, but the overall performance and look of the truck make up for it big time!

My experience was positive. The salesman Brandon was a pleasant person. No pressure to buy a new truck.i hadn't brought a vehicle from a dealership in over thirty years. Brandon restored my faith in buying vehicles in the future. I enjoy my Ford Ranger.

Looked at more expensive truck with less options, bought the GMC SIERRA AT4 Turbo Diesel 6. I now only put fuel im once a month. And long distance trips are easier due to better fuel economy. One of my best investments ever.

I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. We made an appointment, and he had the truck I was interested in ready to go, I knew what I wanted and leased the car that evening. Got the duramax diesel and getting 24 city and 32 highway is very good. Truck drives nice and is very comfortable. My 2 issues with this truck is the backup camera at night is useless (very dark) and interior lighting is not very good. You would have thought a 78k truck would have footwell lights, but it doesn’t.
