I recently purchased a truck from Bell's and I feel that overall is was a very good experience. Justin did a good job and it was nice that he didn't make me feel pressured during the process. I was glad I got to ring the bell.
Alexander and the staff at Riverside Chevrolet made my truck buying experience so easy and fast!! They even paid off my old car in full!!! Most dealers only offered me 1/2 of what they paid for my trade in! They helped me get a much lower interest rate on my new truck even though my credit is less
They checked me in before I could get out of my truck with a I Pad and asked me to wait in the very nice waiting room. They sent me a text to ask if I would like anything. Within an hour the nice lady handed me my keys and asked me to see the cashier for my receipt and I was on my way.
This is the fourth vehicle that has been purchased from Citrus. I have had it since 2013 I believe. All service done at Citrus as well. I must admit that I have had a couple of Service Reps that have been less than acceptable, however I keep coming back because on a large scale I am satisfied. This latest service was not cheap, however the Service Rep, Dean, explained everything to me and then did not increase the work to be done as I had previously experienced. He was informative, accurate and most important to me courteous and friendly. When I return for more service I definitely will ask for Dean. He was a pleasure to work with and an asset by far to your service department....

Nick is a great to work with. We met with him in September and couldn???t afford the payment of the Suburban we ideally wanted. We began looking into the best rate we could get through a credit union. Before you know it, Black Friday came around and 0% interest was offer on the 2018 suburban. (Can???t beat that rate!) I researched local dealerships inventory and felt so pressured over the phone to make a purchase on a vehicle we really did not want. I figured; we could not find the exact vehicle we wanted in a local dealership, I was going to call the person that already spent so much time with us, and was so patient, to see if he was able to locate a vehicle for us. I spoke to Nick and within one day he had our suburban waiting for us at Mark Christopher. In fact, he personally picked it up himself. Not too many sales people would take the time to do this. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I was looking for specific features in a Chevy Bolt. They responded very quickly and explained the available discounts clearly. They provided "out the door (OTD)" quotes, which is very helpful so you can compare apples to apples. Unfortunately, they didn't have a car with the add-ons I wanted.

I recently was in need to buy a new car for my son. We found A&A Auto on our computer, liked the cars they had posted and decided to go in. We were greeted by a very knowledgeable salesman, Larry. Despite my son being very picky, Larry showed great patience with my son. We decided on a 2015 Nissan. This car was clean on the inside and out and had new tires. The finance manager, Burt explained the whole lending process and was very upfront with answering all my questions.
