I bought a 2026 RAM 3500 from desoto on October 3rd and it was the best experience I have ever had. Very laid back, no pressure. I went down to take a look at the truck and it was exactly what I wanted, still no pressure to sell. I called back a few times to make sure the truck hadn't been sold and they assured me it had not. When I went down to purchase the vehicle. they had it detailed, gas tank full, and all of that but the reason I will never buy another car from anyone else is the fact that they were up front, extremely friendly. Called me a few times to give me an update. from the sales manager to the receptionist, totally friendly and respectful. I always dress down like short and t shirt when i go to shop and have walked into dealerships, they took one look and said, used cars are over that way. No such thing at Desoto. Gustavo, and Chad took extremely good, nonpressured, care of myself and family while we were there. Not to mention, they had the best price on my vehicle but a bunch, like 8000 a bunch. Dont let anyone tell you differently. if you want a no pressure top of the line car shopping experience, before you settle with the big names around you, please do yourself a favor and look at Desoto. I promise you will never be disappointed.

2025 GMC Sierra 2500 review
So far so good! This truck is the nicest truck I have ever driven. The stance, ride comfort and options are top notch. I went from a 2023 High Country that was having drive train issues but had all the creature comforts that you would expect in a top of the line truck. With the lack of confidence in that particular models 10 speed transmission issues, it became necessary to reestablish my confidence in my General Motors product.

Wilmer was accommodating of our request to pick up the van and drive it to our local mechanic for inspection and he committed to holding the van until we could pick it up the next day. My wife arrived at Burkholder Truck Sales early in the morning the next day and from the appearance of the extensive facilities, well organized and tidy, to the friendly and professional interaction with Wilmer Burkholder; she found the establishment to be run with pride of ownership.
