Even a simple tire repair on their warranty program was worth the drive down. Our appointment time was honored, and in less than 90 minutes total, the tire was repaired, their general checkup service was completed and the truck had been washed. Some advice was given on a couple small things to take note on for the future and the work order of completion was signed. No money was asked for, and I was able to leave. I had even been offered a ride to work to my studio, but had set time aside to stay in their comfortable environment. Thank you!
Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
I was really, really pleased with my experience here. The salesperson I worked with was friendly, helpful, cute with my kids, and not at all pushy. I was able to find my dream car at an amazing price, and it is in perfect shape (I had verified by Les Schwab before purchase). I found out that they make sure ALL of the cars are in perfect shape before they put them on the lot (fix any problems in their car shop before they sell them). They're would definitely be the first place I stop next time I needed a car, or the first place I would recommend to any family or friends looking for a car.
The overall experience at Larry H Miller Chevrolet was phenominal. The sale and financial tansactions was extremely efficient and had ua out the door in less than two houra. My wife and I recently purchased a Suburban from Hatchco. We were looking for a Suburban for sometime. We had been to the big guys. We went to the not so friendly guys, we went to a lot of places.
The problems with the big guys are; large fancy buildings that they have to flip the bill for. Who flips the bill? The customers. My least favorite answer when buying a vehicle at any dealer is the dreaded
LET ME ASK MY MANAGER.
I don't know what goes on when they ask the manager, but I bet it looks like a scene from a comedy. The manager daring them to see how long they can keep you there, and betting on how long you have until you break.

At the other dealers I would have to sit and dicker back and forth to get them to offer me insult after insult for a trade value.

We love our Suburban
I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. From the time we met Jon he was patient and willing to let us take our time. I kept expecting him to apply the pressure, but he never did. Even to the time when we made our decision we felt no pressure.He seemed to be on our side and only wanted us to buy the car if we really wanted to.
