Top notch service. Picked up my car, serviced everything I asked for and dropped it off. 100% satisfied.
2021 GMC Terrain review
READ PLEASE I love my Terrain. DO NOT get the 1.5 L. My engine has barely made it over 100,000 I have had $6k of repairs in less than a year. Things keep going wrong now. I had NO issues before. Catalytic converter went out 75-85k miles. My turbo was just replaced. Just beware of this type of engine… every mechanic that worked on it shared this is not uncommon for this type. I would definitely get another terrain but not the 1.5!

2019 GMC Terrain review
I have owned my Terrain for 3 months now, and am absolutely in love with it. Super smooth, great pick up, and I get a lot of complements on both the exterior and interior design. I average 26.3 MPG city and highway combined, which is not bad considering I live in Florida so my AC is never off in the car.

Hi everyone! I just want to say that the entire transaction was super smooth and fast. I financed my vehicle through Wells Fargo and was able to get a very good interest rate and a great monthly payment. The car is for my wife, and she absolutely loves it! We had a 5-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
2020 GMC Terrain review
Great vehicle, 65,000 miles and not a single issue, hoping to get atleast another 100k miles out of it. Extremely reliable. A family member of mine bought a Honda that broke down at 16,000 miles and got stranded. Would absolutely recommend a 2018+ terrain

To be honest, this SUV impressed me with the great performance even with the small 1.5 liter engine, and huge space inside, it rides like a bigger vehicle, very responsive on the highway and very quiet cabin. My wife really liked it.

Dropped in to see what kind of cars were available I was interested and trading my truck. I was greeted by a young man by the name of Eric King. Mr.King customer service was exceptional he was very helpful he was very informative and straight forward I did not feel like I wasted time there I left with so much information that will help me when I'm ready to trade. Mr.King was not just trying to sale a car and get me out the door he was patient and very understanding and making sure I understood the process. That's customer service something you don't see much of these days. I would refer him to my family and friends who are looking to buy a car. Thank you again Mr.King the best experience I have had at car dealership.

I always bought the GMC Acadia (4 times) but decided to try the terrain. I absolutely love it and it's a great car for zipping around in town. I would take it for a weekend trip but not on a long trip as it doesn't have a lot of cab room, but for two people it is fine

2023 GMC Terrain review
We purchased the Denali Terrain 2023. The car is great. I have had four knee surgeries and needed a car to get in and out easily and comfort seating. The controls for adjusting the seat just the way you like are great. I am troubled also by back problems and totally love the heated seat when needed. Sometimes I just want to ride around and turn the heat on and adjust seat so my back feels better. The different controls and are numerous. I love the safety control warnings and info with traffic. The screen is fabulous and helps so much. When ever I park I like to drive in and park and then hold on brake put it in reverse so the screen then comes on and shows how I parked. I like the levers in cargo area for putting seats down and also like how flat they sit. Plenty of room. The back seat is roomy even when person in front is back. Enjoy being up higher than a vehicle. I feel I can see more and it also makes me feel safer. The Terrain looks beautiful and love all the chrome in front. The car seems bumpy but not as bad as our last. The roads are in rough shape here. It has a lot of pick-up my husband demonstrated that to me and he wont be doing that again unless it is necessary. It is a turbo 4 cylinder and can not believe the power you feel. All in all Iove the car and getting good mileage. Purchased car from Boucher in Waukesha. They were not pushy. Explained everything in detail and were very fair. Great place to purchase!

Zeigler Buick GMC of Lincolnwood review
I had an amazing experience at Zeigler Buick GMC of Lincolnwood! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Mariya was absolutely outstanding. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I ended up purchasing a 2026 Buick Envista, and I love it! The car is stylish, smooth, and exactly what I was looking for. Mariya made the entire process enjoyable and easy. If you?re looking for great customer service and a team that truly takes care of you, I highly recommend Zeigler Buick GMC of Lincolnwood and definitely ask for Mariya!

2021 GMC Terrain review
Extremely happy. Ride comfort, controls, comfort, looks, quietness, Quality. They should've kept the 2.0 turbo. But this engine not bad at all. Can't wait to get another.

Shottenkirk Fort Madison review
Positives: 1. They offered me a fair value for my trade in. 2. They were willing to match the best deal I had found on a similarly equipped vehicle in the area. 3. Everyone at the dealership is very nice. Negatives: 1. One caution I'll share has to do with the finance/business manager experience. He's very charismatic, very charming, a good salesman some might say. He will attempt to sell you on the usual extra services and coverage. Then he'll go through a presentation on the manufacturers warranty compared to a 3rd party warranty. That little presentation includes some inaccuracies. He either hasn't read the contract or lacks proper understanding of how it works. He will then reassure you, that you can get a full refund within 30 days after you've had time to read the contract and lookup reviews. However, this is only partially true. In the state of Iowa extended warranties are taxable contracts. When they show you the price, it doesn't include the sales tax. That will only be shown once you've agreed to the price and go through the signing process. (red flag #1) Please Note: you will not have internet service inside his office and their public wifi does not work. If you attempt to cancel the contract that they sell as fully refundable within the first 30 days, prorated after that, you will find out that they will refuse to refund the tax they collected (even if it's just 1 business day after your purchase) and claim once it's sent to the state they don't get it back and won't be able to refund it to you. This is what some might call a lie by omission. (red flag #2). By the way, they don't sell the GM Extended warranty (likely because they don't make as much money on it), but if you're interested in it, it's significantly cheaper and you can get it for 12 months longer and 10k mile more coverage than the 3rd party warranty they offer. (red flag #3) All in all, I'm happy with my purchasing experience and would buy from them again. I'll just be on guard a little more when it comes to meeting with the business/finance manager. I know they have to make their money to, I just don't like being lied to. Even if it was just an error I think they should have made it right which they did not do. I hope this review helps someone be a little better prepared than I was.

2020 GMC Terrain review
I really enjoy the Terrain. Traded in our beloved Mercedes R350. It was dream to driving on the highway. Our list for new vehicle was easy to get in and out without climbing up or down. No leather seats, hate leather seats, panoramic roof, engine power, get up and go, some luxurious in the vehicle, an easy info console. Before we took a test drive, we did our following tests. How easy to get in and out of the vehicles, leg space (our son is 6'4"). Only wanted two row seating, comfort seating. We checked all other makes. Spend awhile day going from different Dealerships of different makes and models. Didn't want to speak to car salesman, just let us do our preliminary test, on different makes and models. Then we look at the warranties. Finally took take a test drive. Was blown away at the get up and go of the Terrain, pleasantly surprised at the safety features and options it comes with. After almost a month, trips outside the city to the mountains and back. We are really happy with the purchase of the Terrain. Seven years warranty bumper to bumper, ten years on the powertrain. The true fuel economy really surprised me, it doesn't bother me that I have use 91 fuel because of the 2 liter engine. Had to use it on the Mercedes so no change there.
