Tustin Buick GMC review
Hello GMC Team, On February 28, 2026, I posted a review regarding my experience at Tustin GMC, specifically concerning the inclusion of add-ons during the purchase process. In my review, I shared that I felt pressured when I was informed that a protection package valued at $4,200 had to be included in order to move forward with the deal. Today, March 1, 2026, I received a call from Tustin GMC management apologizing for the miscommunication. They explained that it was not their intent to pressure me, and that the final price presented actually included an extended warranty rather than a mandatory protection package. I appreciate the clarification and the outreach from management. I accept their apology and want to acknowledge their effort to address the situation and make things right. This type of follow-up and accountability is what excellent customer service is all about. Thank you to the GMC team for taking the time to reach out. Your actions truly go a long way.

Laguna Niguel GMC review
On April 6, 2023, I took delivery of a 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate, which was a SUV that I ordered, equipped the way I wanted it. John and the entire sales staff were great! I have purchased/leased 4 other vehicles from this dealership and have always been treated well. If you want to avoid all of the seemingly normal drama that goes along with walking into a dealership, you need to try this one - you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Garden Grove Hyundai review
My experience was gratifying. The salesman and employees at Garden Grove Hyundai made me feel so welcome, especially salesman Youssef. He helped me purchase my vehicle and Would recommend his service to anyone. Great guy and dealership.
2024 GMC Yukon review
Purchased new in October 2024. Total miles driven 9,276. Just completed a 4,734.2 mile trip through 9 states. Just a pleasure to drive. My wife and I were on the road 16 days, with only 8 driving days, longest day was 674 miles. Average driving speed was about 72+ miles per hour. Seat comfort was amazing, no discomfort, great considering having 4 back surgeries. Very solid on the road with little or no driving fatigue. Performance was great. Of the total miles, about 500 were in town driving and 300 miles was in 4x4 in a snow storm coming across Northern Texas in April. Average MPG was 26.4 with my best 500mile drive at 33mpg. The diesel engine is very quiet requiring me to check the tach sometimes to be sure I had pressed the off button. Very quiet on the road as well. This is my first diesel and I would highly recommend it. Plenty of power, great fuel economy, quiet and very responsive when you need that quick acceleration. amazingly nimble for a big SUV. The adaptive cruise works great. My previous GMC was a 2009, 6.2L V8 Yukon XL. I drove that one 140K miles over 14 years with nothing but routine maintenance, a great vehicle as well. Very happy with this 2024

Leo at Pro X motors was amazing. I got a very good deal on a decent 2016 X3. Leo was a pleasure to work with, worked hard to get the deal done and I left with the car I wanted for a very good price. 2016 GMC Yukon review
Our 2016 Yukon Denali has been everything we wanted in a car. It’s comfortable and the kids love it. The DVD player is a major bonus. And the dvd screen is very clear. Only thing Ive notice with these GM vehicles is the air filtration is terrible. We smell every older rig on the road. Beside that we are very happy with our purchase. The black with the led lights looks very sharp.

Palladium Autos review
I recently purchased a BMW 7 Series from Palladium Autos, and I have to say that the entire experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, Robin and Alex went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, particularly with securing financing. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making what could have been a stressful process much easier. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent customer service left a strong impression on me. I truly appreciate their support in making the car-buying experience seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hassle-free purchase and a team that really cares about their customers, I highly recommend Palladium Autos.
2017 GMC Yukon review
I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

We went in to look at a car we saw online. We were greeted immediately by a gentleman named Arash. He showed us the car but we saw another one we liked better. After a little paperwork we took it for a test drive and liked it. Arash took the time to explain the process as we went through it and in short order we drove off with our new to us car. It took about 1 hours to get what we needed. It didn't seem like a long time. Easiest car buying experience ever.

Tustin Buick GMC review
I had my oil change and alignment done at Tustin GMC and had a great experience. Jose, my service writer, was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. Angel, the manager, was also great and made sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Tustin GMC!

Still driving strong after 15 yrs of kids, dogs & lots of driving them around..mostly local. At 130k miles, only have replaced water pump and new brakes at 100k. Only complaint is exterior paint fading.

2019 GMC Yukon review
We drove two states over to McKenzie Buick GMC in Milton, FL to meet with Nick and make a purchase on our new Yukon Denali. Customer service was top notch. We were going for their 2019 Yukon Denali to replace a 2008 Tahoe LTZ. We are very pleased with the vehicle. The upgrades are wonderful. Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. We will definitely use them again if they ever have what we’re looking for on a future purchase. - Brandon Howell 2019 Yukon Denali

CarMax SerramonteReviews
CarMax Serramonte review
I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!
