I saw my dream car in this dealership through cars.com and sent them a message. They responded in a timely manner and invited me for a test drive. Next week I drove all the way from San Diego and Obi remembered me and the car I wanted! He was busy when I arrived but he made sure I was taken care of and sent me to Sergio, who was great. He took his time with me and made me feel really comfortable with the purchase I was making. At no point did I feel pressured into buying this car.
I also really appreciated that they took care of all the financial things (they dealt with my bank to get me approved for the loan).
The car itself was even better than I'd hoped for, and came with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. Absolutely nothing was wrong with it (other than some minor wear and tear). They do have a no haggling policy, which I was perfectly fine with because the price was already unbeatable.

My first time buying a car and I must say my experience was great. Overall the whole process went smoothly. Now I have my dream car and Eliana was able to make that possible for me. She was very helpful and answered all my questions.

A great experience. Purchased a new Chevrolet Suburban Premier and it was loaded! Gene at Connell Chevrolet was awesome! Did not need a Sales Manager to close the deal nor a Finance Manager to sign the deal. Gene did it all! We were a Ford family (purchased an Expedition, 2 Edge's and an Escape in the past seven (7) years), but we have now seen the best of GM and will never go back!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Best ever experience yet! My husband and I happened upon OC Autosource on our way out to dinner for my husbands 57th birthday...all the beautiful luxury cars caught his attention. We decided to stop and look around, we were casually greeted by one of the guys, because thats what the atmosphere feels like, like your one of the guys. Tony came and introduced himself, very down to earth and easy going, non pressuring, yet very attentive as he took his time to show us a couple of cars (Bently in comparison to the Ghost). We eventually saw a car we had been wanting for years (2012 CL63 AMG), at the right price with very low milage (awesome deal). I told him I need a little time to make my decision and with no pressure at all he said no problem. Tony held the car for me, which gave me time to do my research.
Whatever we needed Tony took care of it. I was and am still please with my whole process.

Yeah okay, I saw the reviews, read them, and figured its just another persons opinion. I wanted to buy a new car and sales was able to answer all my concerns but my credit wasn't where it should be to buy. But, the salesperson next to me had a customer who was relentless. She was demanding items that the sales person tried to appease. That customer was rude and in some cases harassed the sales person. Sales person stayed calm, never raised her voice. The abusive customer walked out but not because of how she was treated by the dealership. Personally, I will come here when my credit is better.
Everyone was truly helpful and pleasant. Walter was my salesman and he was wonderful. I never felt pressured to buy. I felt as though he truly wanted me to find a SUV I loved. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. Once I bought the XC90, Walter, took around 30-45 mins to walk me through all of the SUVs features. My last car wasn’t as technologically advanced, and Walter made sure I left the lot knowing how my car worked. Also, Wally, was so nice to finance the car with. He made the whole process a breeze. The GM had reserved a car for himself, and when he found out the dealership was out of the interior I wanted, he gave up his car for me. I highly recommend this dealership and Walter specifically.
John is very helpful I asked him what I needed to buy a car with no hassle just walk in and sign and he gave me a killer deal im still working with him trying to save up the cash for the down but they are amazing over there
Great knowledge and never pressure you to do anything. Awesome dealership, quality is clean, low mileage cars and great warranty packages. They also held my car for 4 Days, due to where I was traveling from... Will buy again soon.
