My husband and I traveled 100 miles to examine and drive a new CLS AMG. We had received some photos and we very interested in this beautiful car. We were greeted by our salesperson, Joe Cleary, and the owner of the dealership, Greg Kach. After a brief visit, we test drove the car and were totally enamored. Our car precious car was appraised, we agreed on a deal. With all of the new technology, Joe arranges for one of the technology advisors to set up our phones, give us the basic info and will come to our house for a thorough review of the features in the next week or so. I just recently bought a new to my family 2015 Chevy Silverado from Calli; she was great to get us a wonderful deal! It first started due to our 2007 Chevy Tahoe that was put in their Service department due to some much needed maintenance. Brandon the Service Advisor was very helpful and went above and beyond any requests or conserns that my wife and I had. Whenever we decided to trade in the Tahoe we expected it to be a lengthy process however it was not it was a very quick process with very notible communication from all departments from the service department all the way to the financial department. My wife and I had our 19 month old son in the new car showroom with all the new Camaros and Corvettes! He was walking around the showroom looking at the new performance vehicles and wow what a site! Buying from Mark Allen Chevrolet was it a great experience! This dealership is very family friendly! I would highly recommend it! Not only did I receive a great experience buying the truck but whenever I went to pick up the truck with my father-in-law we met the owner (Mark) personally it???s nice to have an owner that is on site.

This was the best experience and easiest experience I???ve ever had with buying a car. The person that I worked with over the Internet was actually the person that helped me when I got to the lot so that was not the initial bait and switch. Before I came onto their lot I researched all the other vehicles with my specifications in my price range and they had indeed picked out the best one of the bunch. They even let me do a little bit of haggling to make Me feel like I was a part of the deal but I can easily say that both sides walked away or should I say drove away a winner in this case.
So I live in Hawaii and was looking for a Buick Regal GS. There were none in my state. I searched online and after several dealers, wound up checking with Mark Allen Buick. I'm glad I did. Marcela is one of the best and nicest sales associates I've ever had to work with. No games, just a straight up good deal. Shipping a car from OK to HI sounded like a crazy way to buy a car, but we figured it out and the result was great! I'd buy from them again!
Always friendly prompt help. Clean and pleasant and well informed. The guys give good updates in simple language and are honest about things that can be delayed versus more pressing things to be done. Also came back then next month for an axle seal issue repair.
I have really enjoyed my car buying experience at Kevin Grover GMC. I have tried larger dealerships in bigger communities and thought they had more to offer; or maybe I just had an illusion of that possibility based on the size of others facilities. Kevin Grovers dealership proved me wrong, because when it came to competitive salesmanship and top-of-the-line customer service they rocked. Not only did they do a great job of competing with price point they blew away the customer service that I ever received at other dealerships. I will definitely be back, they have earned my future business for the forseeable future.
We came in for service on our daughter’s car. Since we were thinking about replacing our Flex we took a stroll through the lot.
We now own a new Edge. Negotiations were not stress filled. All personnel were kind, efficient, and helpful.

We want to sincerely thank everyone at Harlan Ford for their kindness and honesty with us when our truck broke down in Okmulgee on our way to Galveston . it was Sunday night and we parked our fifth wheel and pickup in their driveway overnight. First thing Monday morning Tracy helped us get right in and Stephen, the mechanic, fixed it in less than two hours. The cost was very reasonable. We were extremely pleased and thankful that we broke down close to them.
