without the frustrating experience of having to wait for a special tool to come in to recalibrate the blind spot radar damaged from an accident, everyone was wonderful to work with. The delay of getting the tool in was not the fault of the dealership, but rather Mazda corporate.

I cannot praise enough the treatment I received at Partyka Chevrolet. Turk Sales rep. Electronic wizard sales manager and of course general manager Joe Galargi. I have sent several friends to Partyka and all of them are extremely satisfied with their purchases Thank you S. Katz
Customer service was exceptional. Made the extra effort to make the paperwork as hassle free as possible. Took the time to explain all the different functions the Volvo offers. Continued to follow up with me to make sure I was happy with the car and if I had additional questions/concerns.
I've used the service department several times and have been very pleased each time, though one time they changed my license name plate without my permission which did not make me happy.
Regarding their used car buyingnprocess, they have a good selection of cars but I found them to be OVERPRICED.
They are a great dealership. I sent my father there after I bought my truck and he had the same experience. First dealership I have ever been to where I did not feel taken. I would recommend them to everyone.
I live in Riverhead and considering a GMC for my next car purchase. I have visited the dealership twice and looked at a few SUV's I was interested in. I didn't work with a sales rep, I just walked around the parking lot on my own time.
From what I can see here, it makes a lot of sense to buy my car there, considering almost every person here had a great experience.
My question to the forum is, has anyone dealt with a situation in which you traded in your car at GMC Rvrhd. but still owed money on your loan? i.e - negative equity?
if so, how was your experience with Riverhead GMC and the sales rep you dealt with?
If you can reply back, I'd really appreciate it. Details on the process would be helpful too.
we looked at buying a car but gm did not have the financing I wanted at the time so we put it off and then Paul our salesman contacted me when the 0 % was offered again and we went and bought our new car. I he had not called me we might not of bought the car at this time. George
The main reason I leased the Terrain was the customer service and the people at the Riverhead Dealership. Paul was an excellent salesman and this is the 2nd time I leased a car with him and Riverhead. I had a Ford Explorer and was going back to Ford, however, the first experience I had with them was the reason I came back and discussed, then ultimately leased the Terrain....we are now a GMC family and will remain one for years to come. Paul and Mike made us feel like family....will definitely recommend them in the future.
We had an excellent experience at Riverhead GMC. Our sales associate, Paul Su, made us feel welcome and we knew we were at the right place. No pressure or syrupy sales talk. Michael, the sales manager, got us through the paper work and again, no sales pressure. A pleasure to do business there.
It was fine, seemed like desk was confused on what I would be charged, didn't know if my car was leased or purchased. Service called my wife to have her pay for a recommended service, I inquired and was explained to me that our vehicle needs premium brand not octane fuel to operate efficiently , and this is why we need the 180.00 service, I asked why are we finding this out now, the car is 2 years old already. Had no answer
Paul Su was the easiest professional whom I have had the opportunity to work with when buying a car. He made the process simple and easy. A huge thank you to Paul for getting me into the exact car I wanted. I love it!
