Answer is, it depends. We got there at about 3:30pm and left maybe about 8pm. But we got a fair deal. We have tried to go to other dealers, and yeah they make fun of this on the radio but its true. Others dealer tried to sell us a vehicle and forcing us to put 3000 dollars as a down payment. Elder asked us how much we wanted to put down asked how much we could afford a month and they would work with what we had. Very friendly people, and my dad got his new car which is very happy about.

Chris was a great salesperson. He made the buying experience easy and painless. Covert service leaves a bit to be desired though. Our first experience with service is making an appointment two weeks in advance in order to get a loaner car. I did not have that problem when I owned a BMW.
