I want to thanks Carlos Romero (Finance Manager) and Rae Torres (Sales) for the great experience that my family and I, had last weekend at Brickell Buick & GMC. They provide us with outstanding costumer service leasing the Acadia 2014. Carlos and Rae went above and beyond to provide us with the best deal possible for us. We came from Port St Lucie (2.5 hours away) all the way down to them because they were the only ones that give us the best offer possible in the market... Very happy with them and I'll definitely recommend this dealership for all my friends and family. Thank you guys!!!!!!! I just want to add something else to my review. When I said that these guys wen above and beyond, I meant it..... Last Sunday was Easter and I came to Miami from Port St Lucie. I need to pick up some floor mats for my new Acadia and Rae decided to come to the dealership (they were closed for Easter) on his day off, on Easter and wait for me to hand deliver me the new mats. I just can't find a words to describe the GREAT PERSONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE from Rae. You guys just won a loyal customer forever and a big fan for Brickell Buick & GMC
I can't rave enough about the quality of service I received in buying a car in June. Mario was exceptional. He was able to help me with identifying my needs and choosing the best car for me and my family. Due to his great customer service, wealth of knowledge and expertise, I will continue buying my vehicles through this dealership. This is my 3rd car with Nissan in 5 years. Mario was the best sales person I've dealt with my entire life. Due to me being active military, I was unable to give the great review he deserved. I hope this review helps give Mario the credit he deserves.
Facilities very nice as always, however:
1) Was told tire rotation & oil change would take 1 to 1.5 hours, but it took 3.5 hours!
2) This is the second time I've asked if something could be done to loosen the stiffness of adjusting the driver's armrest, and as was the case the first time, the advisor dismissed it out of hand as unadjustable. I just didn't get the feeling he was seeing it from my side by at least asking the mechanics to look at it. And believe me, at my age this is an issue that's causing me pains in my right arm. It's still hard for me to believe that it was intended to be that stiff, but even if that's the case, at the very least, it should be flagged as something in the Encore's design needing improvement .
I Drove 1-1/2 hours to the Williamson dealership in Miami from Naples Florida with a friend and was presently surprised when I arrived. I spoke to the receptionist and was then greeted by a manager who was gracious from the get go. I told him I had dealt with a sales person on the phone, which I named who e-mailed me pictures of the vehicle and discussed what I was interested in. From then on I was treated as if I was buying the most expensive car in the dealership (but probably the least expensive). The whole process was enjoyable the salesman showed up as the deal was being signed and they gave him credit as I hoped they would do. The dealership was up front with all the questions and gave me all the backup paperwork on the vehicle for past service and State it was driven in by previous owners. When I was ready to pay for the transaction the Financial advisory was as organized as the sales department and I felt comfortable in all respects. Needless to say ,I drove off in the vehicle a content new customer. The whole process was very relaxing and the size and cleanliness of the Dealership was Impressive to say the least. Top shelf all the way.
