It's not necessarily the fault of the salesman; it takes two to make a transaction. Again, research the cars FIRST (carfax is just a click away...) and research the dealership. Knowledge is power, and with such a large purchase, why would you NOT do the proper research? Additionally, expect the transaction to take some time. We're not buying a dozen eggs here! Consumers need to understand that there is a bit of research and document preparation, that takes place on the dealer's end as well: release of liability, proof of insurance, and other compliance regulations required -by the state- from the dealer, to remain in business! Coming from out of state (Reno, NV), I knew what I wanted before making the trek to University Honda. I found the car through cars.com, and researched the lineage (go carfax!). I knew the Kelly Blue Book value of both the pending purchase AND my trade in, and contacted the dealer to arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival, Fred Walker had the car ready and waiting for us. He and the rest of the University Honda team were professional, pleasant , and accommodating. What more could we want? After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time

We leased a 2019 civic hatchback ex and loved it so much we bought out the lease three years later. The best feature that’s unique to these cars is the Lane Watch Blind Spot camera (available on the EX, SI and I believe touring models) I don’t know why they went away from this feature with the 2022+ models. Add all the sensors you want but the camera is better than anything else. I thought it would become standard on more cars, not get phased out. Besides that, the true city gas mileage is closer to 24 than 30, but highway is about 40 and mixed is 29. Very good for an all gas car. We had very few problems in the 6 years we drove it. Only thing we had to replace was the infotainment system— covered by the extended warranty. If it wasn’t for some dumb teens speeding through an intersection and taking us out in the turn lane, it should have lasted another good ten years if not more. This version of the civic is a great little car.

My i4 eDrive 40 is a great car. Plenty of pep. Comfortable interior. Quality construction. GPS/Radio Controls/various interfaces ... not so good. You have to know what you are looking for, and ofter, go down too many levels to get to the proper input/output. More switches and dials would be better.

I found a used car on Cars.com at the Niello BWM Sacramento dealership. I applied online and was contact very quickly by Louis. He made the process easy so when I got down there, we were ready to go. The finance manager was friendly and easy to work with. Definitely an enjoyable experience!

I've had EVs since 2012. First was a Nissan Leaf, then a VW eGolf, then an Audi A3 etron. Those were all outstanding cars, but compared to all of those the i4 eDrive40 is in a different class. It's very responsive and quick. It feels extremely high-tech and plays Hans Zimmer iconic sounds. When we've gone on longer trips, consistently gets 280-300mi / 100% charge. Unless we're on a trip, I only charge it to 80% and it gets about 220-240mi on a charge. It's amazingly smooth and solid, and the interior is top notch. The M-Sport Pro package with custom color and leather made it at the top of the price range, so from a value perspective it seems excessive.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I contacted sales through email and Sean got back to me ASAP. He answered all of my questions including checking the lot personally to be positive he had the color I wanted. I went in the next morning, test drove the car and purchased it. I was there a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes. AWESOME! Sean was great! I highly recommend Sean and Hertz Roseville!

Great car for the cost Only problem was that it is easy to pinch a finger with the door handles while opening and closing the doors

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

I have had my car for a few years now. I have 102k on it now. I took it in for the A/C recall and Fuel pump. My injectors were replaced as part of the fuel pump recall. I have had zero other issues, all was paid for. I am as happy with it now as I have ever been. I get a constant 35MPG combined and it has 205hp with excellent handling. I’m old, I’ve had a lot of cars. This is truly an engineering marvel. How could you get this mileage and power for that price? Do your research. I drive it very aggressively in so cal canyons etc and it makes me smile.. that alone is worth the reasonable price. Mine is stock, but my warranty just ended at 100k so stay tuned……

The seats are comfortable. It is a very reliable car. I had a 2012 and I got this one during the pandemic - before everyone went crazy overpaying! I was surprised and happy to discover that mine has a heated steering wheel - there was only 1 available that had 2400 miles (it was used as a loaner). The 1 complaint I have is that it is VERY noisy and you hear the traffic (I drive on a major tollway a lot). I am seriously thinking of getting another car because of this. Apple play is glitchy, but would not do without it. So overall I would recommend it.

This so now the 2nd, Mazda 3 I've owned, The first being a 2005 hatchback, this one now the 2010 sedan Overall this car is a great car, in both Mazda 3s I've had now, they've had no major mechanical failures and the work has been routine work, owned the 2005 one for just over three years before it got totaled on an accident back in 2021, the car probably still had another 10 years in it, The 2010 one I have now is the 2nd gen Mazda 3 of course, and its a significant upgrade (excluding it being the sedan instead of the hatchback which does negatively impact storage space) The 2010 Mazda 3 here has great handling, is sporty for it's class, and is very fun to drive, but if you're looking for a car that rides smoothly, this car doesn't, it does have rather stuff suspension. The exterior (in my opinion) is a lot better than it was on the previous body style, I get the "big smiling" front end isn't for everyone but I love the look I did briefly mention storage space earlier for the sedan - the storage space is better than other cars in it's class, and the truck is quite big for a vehicle of it's size, but the opening is small and makes it difficult to fit really any big items in, as for the hatchback, it does fix that issue, I was actually able to fit two full sized bikes inside the vehicle (after putting the back seats down) Although this car does have 1 major issue, The dashboard, Mazda made it out of a rubber plastic material, that when left in the sun, melts and creates a shiney sticky mess that can impact your vision with glare, getting a dash cover at least hides it, but to properly fix it, it requires replacement of the entire dashboard, (which Mazda does not have a tsb or warranty for)

I had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. I bought the car from out of state and Jonathan De La Cruz did a walk around for me, had the car in perfect shape for me, arranged to have a car pick me up at the airport, and then Niello literally went the extra mile (143 to be exact) to get me where I needed to go with my certified pre-owned MINI. Very happy with my treatment and all employees I encountered. Though I hope to never have to go 1000 miles again to get the perfect car—I’d be happy to work with Niello again.
