Last week, I bought a car at AutoNation, and my experience with them was wonderful. From the moment I walked in, a very kind gentleman welcomed me and introduced me to Luis, who was incredibly patient and did his best to meet all my requirements—and there were quite a few. When I buy a car again, this is definitely the place I’ll come back to.

Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke PinesReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines review
Mercedes Benz of Pembroke Pines has an excellent customer service department, my customer service advisor is a very fun and energetic guy, Melvin every time I need him all I got to do is call him and he never said no or I’m to busy (even when they are) he makes me feel like if he is there only to serve me and there no other customers. He also makes me feel like if I know him for ever. I always look forward to see him every time my car needs a change of tires or a problem with my car. And there is another person that works in there( I think his the manager that takes care of the cars that come in for service) Spanish guy, he also goes beyond to help Melvin and myself. Love the service.

Thanks again.

LIAM G. made me happy! After two HORRIBLE experiences, Liam pulled through and did me right. When I say horrible, let me tell you, a brand new 2022 GLE 350 had a new transmission BEFORE I made the first payment and three times it wouldn't go into reverse. OMG. It was a nightmare; I have PTSD just thinking writing this. But my new 2025 is a DREAM. LIAM didn't play; he made this very sad girl very happy. I have waited to write this for almost 4 months to make sure my good experience is real! It is! Thank you again to LIAM. He's my new BFF! Thank you, Liam. Thank you.

Daniel P. and David L. were amazing. My only gripe is the wait time. Felt like I was at the dealership so long just sitting and waiting.

I had an excellent car-buying experience thanks to Marcel and Dyan. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, honest, and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, just genuine help in finding the right truck for me at a fair deal. They made what can usually be a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers, I highly recommend asking for Marcel and Dyan. Thank you both for making this such a great experience—I couldn't be happier with my new truck!
