We had a very positive experience with this dealership! Our service writer, April Callahan, was so helpful and friendly. We met the technician (32255) who was assigned to work on our Jeep Grand Cherokee and he was delightful.

Leasing this car. Expected to wait a couple of months but received a notification that a car matching my specifications would be available the next week. The car met most of my requirements. The price of the lease was considerably more than I expected to pay but I agreed to the terms. Two months after taking possession of the vehicle, the brake actuator failed and I lost use of the vehicle for two weeks. Of course, the repair of the brake actuator was under warranty! The miles per gallon are what I have come to expect from a Toyota Corolla - better than 40 mpg on the freeway, a little less on surface streets. I replaced the standard interior rear view mirror with the one that has a built in Universal garage door opener because there was not a convenient place to mount the garage door opener that I had used with two previous Toyota Corolla leases. The thing I like about this 2022 Toyota Corolla: good gas mileage, bright headlights, good interior space. Things I do not like: cheap plastic rear trunk wing that broke in drive through car wash, black out lettering that standout on the greyish body color, unlit driver side lock/unlock buttons that are hard to locate in the dark when getting out of the car.

Our recent purchase and trade-in of cars at Eastlake Auto Brokers was very positive. The lot is set up with each type of vehicle with like vehicles side by side. Met in the parking lot with a helpful salesman who connected us with Paul who went with us on two promising test drives. When we came back the next week, Robbi was available and just as pleasant to work with since Paul was not there. Again, positive test drives and we were ready to make a purchase. Our Lexus SUV hybrid was beautifully detailed and after working with this team who do not pressure at all, we are blessed with what will be a vehicle that meets all the necessary requirements we've been looking for for two months. What an incredible driving machine! When BMW remade the 535i GT into the 640i GT, they improved so many things that this vehicle now is the ultimate in luxury at a bargain price. Heated & AC Seats, Massaging Seats, Active Spoiler, Hydraulic Assist Hatchback, Semi-Autonomous Driving, Adaptive Cruise, iDrive Assist Automatic Parking, Collision Avoidance, 360° Camera, Gesture Contol, Voice Commands, BMW Intelligent Assistant, Apple’s Car Play, Real Time Traffic, BMW and SOS Emergency Response.

Service was courteous and excellent. Fully explained work to be done. Nasreen too great care of me.

I will definitely be revisiting once my current lease is up to pick one up! Surprisingly large back seat area and loved the extra trunk space due to the hatchback!

First things first... I view any car as a necessary evil.... I view them as something to get stuff from point A to point B. If I had My druthers I'd bicycle everywere but, since I live in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and as such we get a lot of snow and I can't. The Impreza fits the bill of what I need in a car. I have driven many cars in all kinds of conditions, the Impreza has never let me down. I'll admit it won't win most drag races but if you're looking for safety and reliability look no further. Mine is a lease and is the base model, but is chock full of great and useful features such as lane assist, hazard warning and my favorite adaptive cruise control (which brakes for you as the car in front of you slows down.) I had the first iteration of the Impreza in the nineties and that was good... This is awesome. Before I leased the Impreza I did due diligence by test driving Honda, Hyundai, Nissan and Toyota... The Impreza had most of the features I wanted at the price point that I wanted... Also the only manufacturer that offered AWD on the base model.

While I wasn't looking for an Audi and didn't purchase one, Cars.com led me to Audi of Bellevue and the MBZ that I was looking for. I had an easy and uncomplicated experience and appreciate the low pressure approach from Auto Nation and my Sales Associate Nick Dupleich. I would recommend him! There was a fuse cover missing and went unnoticed at the time of sale, but they quickly took care of replacing it.

As a BMW driver for decades (318i, 328i), I reluctantly switched to Tesla when the Model S became the first practical EV. I wanted to drive electric more than I wanted to be loyal to (IMHO) the best line of sedans and coupes on the planet. I loved the S, too, but after 12 years it was having problems, support was rotten, and it was time for a replacement. Fortunately, all the manufacturers have EVs now. Although I test drove several other makes, I was delighted to see that the BMW i4 was my favorite. When it started to look like tariffs were going to increase prices, I abbreviated my search and went for the Bimmer. By chance, the dealer had a 2024 shop loaner available with low mileage and a lower price than a brand new 2025 so I leased it. (Incidentally, it was less expensive in absolute dollars than the Model S was in 2012!) I'm glad I "pulled the trigger" when I did and I love the car. Handling is excellent. It "feels like" a BMW despite slightly lighter steering than my last 328. It's feature-rich and I'm still learning the ancillary controls. I'm OK with CarPlay although Tesla's own infotainment system is better. The driver assist is good and automatic stop/start in heavy traffic is a joy although I still prefer steering myself under better conditions. I think most BMW drivers will feel likewise. I haven't used self-parking other than a demo in the dealer's lot but I promise to try it. I don't expect to need a lot of service - it's an EV - but at least BMW takes phone calls! The cell phone app is better than Tesla's and it's NOT the only way to schedule service. My only real objection is the location of the charge port at right-rear which will make it awkward to use short-corded Tesla Superchargers even once BMW concludes a deal with Tesla. The i4 has more "hard" controls - which I prefer for eyes-on-the-road driving - than Model S but its voice recognition commands are more limited. Its navigator has the same voice as Model S but gives more frequent bum steers. All in all, I'm very glad I made the switch. And I didn't give money to the Little Dictator who works for the Big Dictator!

2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Took in my used Boxter for a recall with a headlight issue. The fix was done and the service staff was professional . They also hand washed my car. This was my first time visiting Porsche of Bellevue for service.

I bought a 2015 with over 100K miles on it. I love the interior and the handling, and the utility of having a 3 series BMW with a hatchback. There's loads of room in the back seat and in the trunk area. I wish I could update the tech - it's based off v3.0 of wireless, so most of the built-in tech does not work. The car was well cared for, so I hope I can get through a few happy years of ownership without the notorious large BMW repair bills...

Best small car I've ever owned. Good MPH, fun to drive and a wonderful sound system. The all wheel drive along with the get up and go of this car is excellent.

Our was stolen then totalled while working in Seattle. Found Cars dot com and found a perfect new-to-us F-350 for our replacement! Even with the Christmas/New Years holidays we were able to test drive, get insurance monies and purchase the truck in two days.

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.

Bought used @ 8 yrs old. Very satisfied for retiree use and care. Great mileage. Some paint issues with rust on rear tire wells. It's Michigan winters & no garage.

He spent time learning what was and wasn't important to us in a car, asking and answering a ton of questions. He then made sure to keep us in our budget. It is now 2024, my Fit is a bought new 2013. Still drives like new. It's a little light, keeps you attentive to the road, the back seats are a little firm, but this car holds everything. All the ways you can configure the interior is amazing. If anyone thinks this car is weak, remember the peak horsepower is 6800 RPM. Run it out and feel the Vtec boost. Heat, A/C, ell that works well. Stereo has good sound, and you can connect iPhone through USB and track and volume is controlled by radio head. Body design still looks modern.

Car is a 2018 Stinger GT2. Beautiful exterior. People stop and tell me how sharp the Stinger looks. Great fun to drive. Decent gas mileage (21 mpg around town & 28 mpg on the road). Michelin tires started to have pieces break of at 21000 miles even though lots of tread left. Very expensive.

Mo the service guy was great! He was very polite, and professional. He even offered to wash our car. I would recommend Mo for any service needed. He definitely exceeded our expectations.

Get mileage and comfort! Love the car. All Star Hyundai was the best. We dealt with Rezaul Bashar and will continue to use him. We bought two cars from him.
