2012 Honda Accord review
I agree with most of the ratings except I don't know how it gets a 4.4 for comfort. The driver's seat is terrible. No matter how I tried to adjust it I end up with a sore back.

The dealership should be open to hearing constructive criticism without it counting against the performance of the service advisor when it has nothing to do with him. I have shared this feedback before, but the dealership is too interested in patting itself on the back than pursuing real improvement. That's not how sound management or leadership works, friends.
