I am BEYOND HAPPY with my experience at 2Mannys!! The salesmen and general manager are all absolutely wonderful; extremely helpful, HONEST, and clearly care a lot about customer experience. After car shopping at other dealers, I was so pleasantly surprised by how different my experience here was!! I felt they really wanted to help me find a car that was right for me, and they helped so quickly when I had an issue after purchase. I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. Unlike other dealers that I experience during my search that were even posting fake adds to good to be true just to get ones attention and then the old: -sorry we sold it- but not until I was already there wasting precious time. I purchased my black on black 2017 Accord EX-L Sedan with Navigation and Sensing Suite in early January 2020. I came from a 2003 Civic EX Sedan which was some serious technology shock for me. After being in a horrible high speed car with a friend in his 2001 Civic LX Sedan and him dying the following it scared me. I wanted larger, heavier and modern safety features with comfort and fuel efficiency. But this is the most comfortable and nicest car that I have ever had the privilege of owning. Nit to mention for a big black sedan, Raven is just sexy.

2017 LX-S. Last year of the 2-door coupe. Bought it brand new. Ordered it and had it made. Only took 2-3 weeks. Great car! Looks beautiful. Love the styling. Very rich looking. Turned in my end-of-lease BMW and had the Honda salesman pick me up with the LX-S at the BMW dealership. The BMW salesmen were stunned and actually asked if they could sit in it. They said, "THIS is a Honda? Wow. Nice car." Runs flawlessly. Had to replace the battery after 3 years and tires after 4 1/2 years. That's it. Comes standard with: alloy wheels, PS, PB, PW, Cruise, dual A/C control, Bluetooth, USB interface, color back up camera, 185 HP, CVT auto trans, and paddle shifters like the BMW had. Steering is tight and performance is impressive. It will run with the fastest traffic on the interstate without breathing hard. The CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) is so smooth. No shift points. Operates flawlessly. A real pleasure to drive. Realistically averages 28-30 MPG around town on regular gas. All in all, a great car. Looks great. Runs great. Worth $20K - $23K on the used car market which is close to what I paid for it. When and if I ever sell it, it will be for another Honda Accord.

Only problem. They praise. My car too low. If they raise my car appraisal. I will make a deal.

I purchased a HRV last month from Hillside Honda. My sales person was Ahnaf. His non pushy quiet reserve was what I needed to ease me into the scary world of a solo senior woman entering a dealership to purchase a car. He made me feel comfortable and he was more than helpful in answering my questions about the mechanics and details of the car. No question was off limits to him nor did he hassle or push me to purchase the car on the spot. I had plans to visit other car dealerships in the area and Ahnaf graciously said he knew I’d return. A few other visits to nearby dealerships and test driving other cars, I returned to Hillside Honda to purchase my car. The day of my purchase, I had a few personal snags but Ahnaf patiently made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my issues were resolved. He even took the time to set up my Car Play so that I could drive with my favorite tunes. I’m so happy with my purchase and would recommend seeing Ahnaf at Hillside Honda.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Adam’s Auto Group in Little Ferry, New Jersey. I especially want to recognize my salesperson, Cheyenne. He stayed in contact with me during the process and facilitated the transfer of necessary paper work. Although the car I originally wanted was sold (a misunderstanding of certain terminology – “Deposit” vs. “Down Payment”), Cheyenne worked (even on his day off) to make sure that my second choice proceeded without a hitch. The staff at Adam’s is helpful and knowledgeable, and their vehicles are top-notch. I would, however, suggest that better communication between the two locations (they also have a store in Paterson N.J.) would make the buying experience less fragmented and feel more “of-a-piece”.
