I cannot recommend Eddie Aguilar at California Motors Direct enough! If you want a salesperson who is terrifically professional and truly on your side, this is the guy. We drove through two counties and fought a ton of traffic to make this deal happen, and Eddie was more than patient with our schedule. What really blew us away was that he and his manager stayed late just to ensure we left that night with the car we deserved. It felt like "NO" wasn't even in his work vocabulary—he ground out the details and made the numbers work perfectly for both the lender and me. The BMW i4 is running beautifully, and you weren't lying when you said I paid below market price! I recently purchased a car at Honda of Downtown Los Angeles, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Andy Gonzalez, the financial manager, and Steven Perez, the sales consultant, were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, Steven was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my needs, ensuring I found the perfect car. Andy made the financial aspect smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and explaining everything clearly. The level of professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care they both displayed made this the best car-buying experience I've ever had. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend visiting Honda of Downtown Los Angeles and working with Andy and Steven. They truly go above and beyond for their customers.
2020 Honda Accord review
Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.
