I found the other dealers (Norm Reeves) to be pushy, not eager to help, and a pain to deal with. But at Ford Tustin it was the total opposite. My sales person Vlad was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. He ran through so many different scenarios, questions, and details. He was happy to answer all my questions and help me put together a plan that worked for me. He wasn’t pushy…instead he offered suggestions and listened to my concerns. His expertise really shined throughout the entire process. My positive experience continued with Roberto, the finance manager. He patiently walked me through my financing options and paperwork. He asked thoughtful questions and made the signing process smooth. Coming from a sales background myself, I’m pretty picky with other sales people. I can confidently say these guys did a fantastic job from start to finish and they certainly earned my trust. Vlad even took the time to follow up a week after my purchase to see how I liked the Bronco!!!!!!! If you visit make sure to ask for Vlad and Roberto, they are all stars! 2021 Honda Civic review
First if all I wouldn’t recommend the cvt transmissions they are driven by belt and many moving components and are more expensive to replace second the Manuel transmissions are amazing and with cruise control shifting doesn’t disable it can get increased fuel millage with a ktuner(tuner) me and my friend flashed a performance tune we took a 230 mile trip and the fuel millage was 45-47 the whole time great cars

Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.
2021 Honda Civic review
This car is the whole package: fun to drive, excellent handling, braking & steering, and a great throttle response (with the 1.5 turbo). Plus it comes with a slew of Honda safety features. It is a remarkable upgrade from my 2013 Civic. I hope that over the years, it will have the same reliability.

2021 Honda Civic review
After buying Toyota vehicles for years, I found out that they were outsourcing their CVT’s and Honda was making their own CVT’s and after driving a new Toyota Corolla and then a new Honda Civic, I was more impressed with the Honda Civic. My three previous cars were Toyota Corolla’s and I loved them. I am very happy with my 2021 Honda Civic EX and I would not hesitate to recommend Honda.
