Warning lights came on on the highway due to a faulty sensor that needed to be replaced while I was driving across the country they fit me in on the same day and got me back on the road. The effort to get the car looked at and once I got the part fixed was awesome. Service manager understood my dilemma as I was traveling. Only recommendation I would make is they should have more options for getting parts parts from local auto parts stores than just one since they were told it would be 4 hours to deliver the part to the dealership. Once there however they did a quick job of getting me back on the road. So the bulk of the 6 hours at the dealer was simply because the auto parts store said they could deliver the part until 4:30. Once the park got there. The service dealer made sure they got it into the shop and they got me back of the Rose quick as they could. I appreciate strong efforts by the service representative and the mechanic.

2023 Honda Civic review
i purchased a 2022 Honda civic sport touring hatchback in the beautiful sonic gray pearl. it is everything the professional car experts said it was and more. it rides great with crisp handling and the power from the 1.5 liter turbo is so much fun. i love the styling and the Led lights are very bright and safe. I'm getting 31 mpg in the city and 37 on hwy. I love the Honda brand and i love my civic. great job Honda.

The service department was an exceptionally clean area. Zac was my service agent and he did an excellent job in getting me in and letting me know what was going on. I would definitely recommend this dealership. The only downside was the new waiting area. Just a bunch of chairs and one or two tall table. Most people have tablets and/or laptops they use while waiting for their vehicle serviced. I think the waiting area could have been processed a bit differently (and this has nothing to do with the service department) considering they recently overhauled it. Otherwise, excellent service.

After changing jobs and having to drive 100 miles round trip, I decided to buy the 2023 Honda Civic, I think it was the best decision of my life, not only does it save me a lot of gas but it looks spectacular on the outside and not to mention The interior is simply perfect with a lot of space, like any criticism there are negative points such as the sound system which in my opinion lacks power to be able to listen to your favorite songs at full volume, another point that I would like to highlight is that it lacks entry to the car without having to use your remote control even my 2011 grand cherokee has it, in a general perspective it seems like a good car for price, safety and appearance, it has been my first honda and I think I will continue with the tradition of continuing to buy this model for a long time
