We have purchased four cars from Jones in the last 18 months. I would highly recommend seeing Athena Torres, she’s amazing!
2024 Honda Civic review
Honda Civic EXL hatchback is a great car. I had a 2018 EXL coupe and was reluctant to have a four door. The 2024 is a quality made vehicle. I couldn't be any happier.

Excellent experience working with Austin and the Thornton team. Purchasing a new car has never been so stress free. Highly recommended.
2024 Honda Civic review
Got this car for a good deal. The look is better than I anticipated, especially the silver color. People mistake the car for the Accord, that's how good it looks. The interior is also luxurious, people were surprised and thought I had a BMW or Mercedes. The ride is very smooth. Fuel efficient. The only con is the road noise, which can be ignored with the amazing Bose system. Overall, the touring model is better than the Corolla, equivalent to a Camry or Accord EXL.

Everything went well and I was able to buy the car I wanted at a good price. The only annoying thing was the “certification fee” they introduced when we got ready to buy the car. It was like $1,350. Anyway, even with this fee the price was good but it was still kind-of a weird way to do business, in my opinion.

Piazza Acura / Honda of ReadingReviews
Piazza Acura / Honda of Reading review
I purchased a 2018 Ram in October. I took possession of the truck the same day. I went to use the truck two days later and it had a dead battery. I called sales and they asked if I could get the truck to the dealership. I was able to jump the truck. Piazza took the truck right in and checked the battery which tested bad. They replaced the battery with no charge to me. I also had a water problem in the cab. This seems to be a big problem Ram has had for years but have not fix the problem. I called sales again. Since I had the truck for only one month they made an appointment for me to bring it in. Piazza checked for leaks and found a pressure vent in the rear fire wall and the rear window were leaking. I talked with a service rep by the name of Alex. Alex kept in touch with me every day letting me know what was going on. They had to pull the rear seats to replace the vent and a new rear window was replaced. The window had a sliding window. When I went to pick up the truck I was expecting to pay for the repair but Alex placed a form in front of me and asked me to sign. At the bottom of the form were all zero's. I asked if I had to pay something and his reply was no you only had the truck for a month. I even tried to compensate or offset the cost for the service but Alex said no thank you. I am so pleased with how Piazza handled the service and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle again. I give Piazza a 10 out of 10.

Heritage Subaru CatonsvilleReviews
Heritage Subaru Catonsville review
I scheduled an oil change, same day by phone and was told it would take 90 minutes to 2 hours. I was courteously greeted by Ashlyn, my service rep (who seemed to know a lot from a discussion she had with one of the service persons) and found a comfortable area in the waiting room. After an hour I was sent a link to a video inspection where they said the engine air filter was still clean enough to not need replacement and when they lifted the car, all was in order underneath. This reminded me to ask for a tire rotation, which they did. The car was ready in 90 minutes from when I got in.

Ourisman Toyota 40Reviews
Ourisman Toyota 40 review
I had an outstanding experience purchasing my Toyota! Even from before we walked into the dealership and were just doing online inquiries, Mo was knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and surprisingly stress-free. Every question I had was answered thoroughly, and Mo took the time to explain all of my options, ensuring I felt confident in my decision. The financing process was straightforward, and they worked hard to find a solution that fit my budget and suited my lifestyle! This dealership is extremely honest, efficient, and committed to providing a great car-buying experience, I highly recommend them.

Sutliff VolkswagenReviews
Sutliff Volkswagen review
Sutliff VW worked hard to earn my patronage. Because I live an hour away, I called for a quote on a new car, asking for the monthly payment amounts to buy vs lease. Alison Read spent a good deal of time showing me all of my options on an easy-to-understand document and emailed it to me promptly. I was so impressed by her professionalism as well as the followup by Matt McCormick. They were never pushy or pressuring. My parents buy their cars here and I've had mine serviced there as well. They're definitely worth your time and trust.
2024 Honda Civic review
Been leasing Honda cars for more than 15 years. Never had ANY issues with any of them. I love this brand. Very reliable. Highly recombined.
