Vancouver Toyota review
Recently purchased a used 2016 Toyota 4 runner from Vancouver Toyota. It was a great sales experience dealing with Skyler Peragine the Sales Professional. He was never pushy and very helpful throughout the entire process. He showed the utmost respect and never talked down to us. I would highly recommend Skyler to a friend or relative in the future. In addition Mike Ragsdale, the used car Finance Manager was a joy to deal with, Both Skyler and Mike are true professionals that made our buying experience so much more enjoyable than most that I have experienced. I want to thank them both for their help in making the purchase a memorable one.

*Exceptional Car Buying Experience at Beaverton Car Company* I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Beaverton Car Company, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I reached out to them, their team demonstrated unparalleled professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. I had a very specific car in mind: a 2022 White VW Atlas SEL R-Line with black interior. Finding this particular model and color was quite challenging, but the staff at Beaverton Car Company went above and beyond to meet my needs. They diligently searched their inventory and network, providing regular updates and reassurance throughout the process. What impressed me most was their commitment to transparency and honesty. There were no hidden fees or last-minute surprises. The entire transaction was smooth and straightforward, making the car-buying process stress-free. The customer service at Beaverton Car Company is truly top-notch. They took the time to answer all my questions, address my concerns, and ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their customers set them apart from other dealerships. I am now the proud owner of a 2022 White VW Atlas SEL R-Line, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I highly recommend Beaverton Car Company to anyone in the market for a vehicle. CarMax ClackamasReviews
CarMax Clackamas review
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

We bought a used Elantra from Tonkin Gresham Honda this weekend for our son and it was as good of a car buying experience as it gets. Ben was super helpful as our sales person and Mike in the finance office was a pro who got us in and out quick. They were all super communicative via text as we were coming from Washington to make this deal happen so we needed to make sure we had everything in place. They also made sure to fill up the tank before our son drove home his new car!

I sold a car recently to Carmax at the Beaverton, Oregon office. Everyone I worked with there was professional, friendly, and very efficient. From the time I arrived until the time I left with the check was about 45 minutes. No surprises and no hassles. They honored their online estimate for what they would pay for the car. I was very happy by how easy and quick the process was, and I'll return the next time I'm shopping for a car.

Frontline cars is a great place, I encourage anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out. My experience was great. Jerry is a really cool guy, and helped me along the way. I bought a infinity m35, and am overall happy with what I got, but mostly jerry made the process easy and kept in touch even through text message and email. I'm pretty sure the shop is new so I really encourage people to give em a shot and support this dealer!
