Only dealership I trust! I have purchased a few cars here and came back again! I love their service department as well, which was another reason I wanted to come back for my next purchase. This time I worked with Jim, and he was so easy to work, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for, all with no pressure! He kept my options open and let me come to my decision on my own without any pressure whatsoever. In fact, I ended up choosing the very first car he picked for me ! I also can’t forget about Bree, who went above and beyond to make sure I was in the right hands. Best dealership in Monmouth County.

Professional and painless experience. Ed the sales person was incredible and courteous. He was knowledgeable too. There was no hard sale push. Just info about vehicles and gave me space to think (unlike other dealerships).
2025 Honda Civic Hybrid review
My experience with my 2025 Civic Sedan Hybrid has been a mixed one, although it would be only fair to state that I am still getting accustomed to the car. A major shortcoming is that the manual isn't at all helpful. Googling provides a variety of responses which are not necessarily relevant - i.e. my initial search for how to engage rear wiper - instructions found. I struggled until eventually I determined car does not have one, which is a major disappointment to me. Defroster is mediocre and turns itself off. Settings are on/off - no way to increase fan with rear defroster. I had zero visibility out back in heavy rains. Side mirrors good range of visibility. Good warning for potential blind spots. I found it especially helpful to add full view mirror (snaps onto rear view). This enables me to see out back windows as well as through rear of car. After owning the car for a little over 3 months now, there are still many features I do not yet know/understand. My salesman has been as helpful as possible, but not always accessible (which is understandable). Size is larger than anticipated; it's on me that I didn't realize the sedan is so much larger than the hatchback. A bit of buyer's remorse there. Although out here in this area, perhaps a larger car is to my advantage. Most other cars SUVs (which I did not want). Mileage is excellent. Pick-up excellent, even on Eco mode. Interior seating very comfortable, although for such a large car, few places to keep things. Glove compartment very small. Sound system magnificent, especially after tweaking to my personal taste. Interior is very quiet. Turning radius and general steering excellent. Ability to adjust driver's seat excellent. Cruise control setting automatically engages approaching/side collision alert which slows /resumes speed out of driver's control. This can be somewhat adjusted to change distance of warning from default normal to closer so that interference from cars in distance (i.e. on curve) not as strongly affected. Would be helpful to have known about this ahead of time; it was frightening feeling car accelerating/decelerating "out of control". Roomy trunk; easy to engage mechanism to lower back seats right from the trunk. Handy for loading large cargo. Recommend cargo liner at purchase time. Same for shields around windows that enable window to be open without it raining in. VERY difficult to find a windshield sun shade that actually fits. I am still looking. Front display screen good size; easily visible. Good storage memory for saved gps. Would be much better if a tutorial for this were included in paperwork. Pay attention to treatment at service. One should never feel dismissed. ALL questions are valid questions. That said, continued appreciation to my salesman who always took the time to find out rather than giving unreliable information.

Walked into to Carson Honda after visiting two other dealerships which we had work with in the past Kia and Toyota and were instantly assisted by Paul at Carson Honda who answered all our questions and worked with us to secure the best deal possible on our lease so much so that my husband was so pleased that he went back and leased 3 additional vehicles from Paul at Honda Carson for his business also.

Great experience from beginning to the end. My salesperson Yass listened carefully to what I was looking for, showed me several options within my price range, and answered all my questions about the features and financing. They also kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was ready for a smooth pickup. The customer service was excellent from beginning to end!

Braman Hyundai review
We had an incredible experience working with Gerardo Fernandez. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make sure we found the exact car we wanted - not just what happened to be on the lot. He was professional, patient, easy-going, and truly great to work with every step of the way. Gerardo helped us shop remotely through calls and video, keeping us updated on inventory and making sure we were confident in what we chose. Once the car was on its way, he kept us in the loop with updates, even sending photos and videos the moment it arrived so we could be sure it was the perfect match. He also worked to negotiate everything over the phone ahead of time, so when we arrived, the process was smooth and stress-free, all we had to do was sign and enjoy the experience of our new car. Afterwards, he took the time to walk us through the vehicle, setting up not one but two driver profiles, went over how-to’s and all features for each of us, and even connect our phones. All the while including our six year old in the process so she could enjoy it too. There was no pressure, just excitement and genuine care to make sure we were comfortable with everything. We are so grateful for the outstanding service. Thank you, Gerardo Fernandez and Alex Zaldua, for taking such great care of us!

Honda of Cleveland Heights review
Was hands down the smoothest process I’ve been through at any dealership and I’ve been to many. I worked with Michael Dorony as my sales consultant. Very nice, friendly, down to earth guy. From the second I walked in he greeted me with a smile. We took a test drive and was very helpful and thorough with showing me everything I needed to know. Got back and started gathering my info, plugging numbers. It’s rare to see anymore but a very honest upfront dealership. Not trying to scam you into a higher payment no manipulation etc. That is Very very hard to find. He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.

We had an amazing experience working with Joey. From start to finish, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we cared about and worked closely with us to make sure our needs were met. His professionalism, patience, and clear communication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even my daughter enjoyed the experience—thanks to his friendly personality and great sense of humor—which made everything feel lighter and more comfortable. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such genuine care, and we truly appreciate the attention and effort he put into helping us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service.

The remote interaction with the Dealership was non-existent. I submitted my interest in a vehicle, along with my email, twice. I never heard back, but it was less than 24 hours later when I showed up unannounced at the Dealership and ended up buying the car. The in-person experience was fully10/10ths, excellent in all aspects. Very Pleased and properly handled from discussion to negotiations to finance. WELL DONE!

Galaxy Toyota review
Only dealership I trust! I have purchased a few cars here and came back again! I love their service department as well, which was another reason I wanted to come back for my next purchase. This time I worked with Jim, and he was so easy to work, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for, all with no pressure! He kept my options open and let me come to my decision on my own without any pressure whatsoever. In fact, I ended up choosing the very first car he picked for me ! I also can’t forget about Bree, who went above and beyond to make sure I was in the right hands. Best dealership in Monmouth County.

Very pleasant experience. No pressure to buy from Franklin Toribio. Profesional in his approach and how he treat his client. Will recommend to shop at dealer.
2025 Honda Civic Hybrid review
Had the car for a week. Fun to drive. I like the way the interior looks. The seats are a little stiff and no lumbar support, that’s why I gave 4 stars on comfort. Have been getting about 45 mpg combined.

Absolutely five stars for Cavender Toyota’s mobile service. The two Michaels were outstanding; not only precise and efficient, but genuinely great to work with. Clear communication, friendly vibe, above and beyond from start to finish. They explained everything, respected my time, and made it smooth and easy. This mobile program might be new, but these two get it. They’re setting the standard and should be teaching the playbook. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Recall to replace seat sensor. Dealer provided a rental car so I didn?t have to wait at the facility while sensor was replaced. Very easy process to make rental happen. I always receive excellent service from Honda World.

This is the best car I ever owned. Its fun to drive really something different that I am used to . 2 months now still no fill up with gas yet. Only complaint is no spare tire. And that noisy acoustic vehicle alert system.
