Tom Roush Mazda review
I recently purchased a Mazda CX5 Turbo Signature SUV from Tom Roush Mazda in Westfield. After a month of research and test driving SUVs, this vehicle was everything I was looking for, a safe, reliable, comfortable and sporty vehicle. I worked with Brent mostly, Lee and Shawn. They all have years of experience in the auto industry and at this dealership, answered all my questions, and made my purchasing experience an easy and great one. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. It is family-owned, has a professional, knowledgeable and experienced sales and service department, and excel in customer service. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used SUV, this is definitely the place to go. Karen McDowell

CarMax IndianapolisReviews
CarMax Indianapolis review
Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

Was looking for a commuter car for my husband. Found the Honda Fit online and drive down from Lafayette just to look at it. The staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. They met us at the car with key in hand so we could get in and take a closer look. The entire vehicle was extremely clean- inside, out and under the hood. There are some minor exterior imperfections- all had been noted online with photos. We asked about other vehicles on the lot. They showed us 3 other cars, but after discussion about what we needed from the car- they actually reconfirmed we wanted the Fit. (Which was the cheapest of the car showed). It is greatly appreciated they didn’t just push more costly vehicles on us. Will recommend them to friends and will definitely work with them again when the time comes for our next vehicle.

My 94 year old father-in-law sold his 2002 van to CarMax today. The experience was positive from start to finish. Every step of the way was accurately described and timely. And Denidra, who handled the sales paperwork may have been an actual angel. She treated my F-I-L with the utmost courtesy and respect. Due to his mobility issues Denidra went out to the vehicle in the parking lot to handle the required paperwork and then went back out to present the check. Giving up his vehicle was emotional for my F-I-L, Denidra made the process as painless as possible and made him feel special. Job well done. Thank you Denidra.

I have a 2006 Colorado. My heater fan motor only worked on high speed, my windshield wiper wouldn't spray out liquid and I needed my oil changed during my appointment. I left a note in the truck on what needed attention when I dropped off the truck night before. I picked up next day. Everything was fixed..So delighted.

Tom Wood Honda review
I purchased my Honda CRV Sport Touring Hybrid from Tom Wood Honda- Anderson. Like many, I’m very busy, limited time and Justin Crenshaw listened to what I wanted, my time constraints and navigated me through the process- using links and online tools to keep me moving through the process. I appreciate him caring about where I was and what I needed to balance this transaction and my work schedule. I came all the way feom the south side of Indy to work with Tom Wood Honda. I knew the mdl and trim package I wanted but was having problems finding it in Indy. Justin had 1!! He allowed me to hold it with a deposit and I would be able to close on my next available time. Nikki was great as well and I really enjoyed the finance portion of my deal. She was knowledgeable, patient when I wanted to check the math :) etc!!! Awesome experience!

Andy Mohr HondaReviews
Andy Mohr Honda review
I recently traveled from Texas to Indiana to purchase a 2026 Kia K5 GT from Andy Mohr Honda, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Buying a car from out-of-state can be intimidating, but Logan and the entire team made the process seamless and stress-free. From my initial inquiries to the final paperwork, the team was incredibly responsive and transparent. They took the time to answer all of my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my purchase before I even stepped foot in the dealership. Their professionalism, clear communication, and willingness to accommodate my situation really set them apart. If you are looking for a dealership that values its customers and makes the buying process easy—even from across the country—I highly recommend working with Logan and the team at Andy Mohr Honda.

Time 4 Ride review
Pleasant experience staff was very friendly. Once the financing through my back was approved I was in and out with a full tank of gas in 10-15 minutes. Would definitely go back in the future.

Acra Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Acra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Buying any vehicle can usually be stressful, Lord knows I have had my share of bad experiences. Today, ACRA changed my perspective of what a positive purchase feels like. Steve Garwood was straight to the point, upfront with pricing, and worked with my fiance and I in good faith without any hidden surprises or high-pressure tactics. She was able to get a vehicle that checked all the boxes, fit her needs, and didn't break the bank. I feel all parties reached a fair and comprehensive deal and I have full confidence in our decision. Exceptional service from start to finish. Although we had to drive an hour and a half to get here, they beat all other offers on lesser vehicles in our immediate area. I will definitely consider ACRA when it's time to replace MY daily driver.
