McKenna VW Cerritos review
I recently had a back tire blowout on the 605, as I was passing the dealership. Lucky for me, I was able to get to the dealership and Tyler had his guys put the spare on for me, with no charge. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I purchased my car here and have been getting my car serviced here for the past 5 years. Tyler and Aisleen (service reps) have always been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about my car. They have also spent extra time working with the warranty company to make sure everything is getting covered appropriately. I know my car is in good hands when I bring it here. I can't say enough good things about this location!

Cerritos Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAMReviews
Cerritos Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
As a first-time (young, female) car buyer, I was very nervous about the whole process. After a horrifying experience at the first dealership, I went to Cerritos Jeep even more nervous... Tony C. was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and, most importantly to me, really listened and cared about what I was looking for - which features were important to me and which ones I could forego, and what price I needed to stay under. Unfortunately, Cerritos didn't have the color of Jeep that I wanted in inventory. I even mentioned that I guess I could settle for my second color choice and mentioned that they had it in stock at another dealership. Rather than pressuring me to buy the car that was my second choice, Tony actually said that I should buy the car that was my first color choice because that is what I really wanted. Indeed, I bought the car at the third dealership and I'm thrilled! My only disappointment is that I couldn't buy it from Tony. Absolutely without a doubt the best car salesman I've ever met and probably on the planet! I would encourage anyone to buy from Cerritos and from Tony specifically. If I choose a Jeep for my next purchase I'll definitely be going to him!

I came in for an oil change Wednesday October 28th. Tim Prete was the service writer. I had set up the appointment with him earlier in the week. He I showed up when I said I would. He was ready for me. It was a quick and easy drop off. I got a ride on their shuttle to my work not far from there and within 2 hrs I got a call that the car was done and washed for me. The Shuttle picked me up and Tim had the Car pulled up within 1 min of finishing the paperwork with me. Tim was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be back for more work in the future.

No pressure to purchase. The vehicle appears to be in great condition. Sales person very knowledgeable
2019 Honda CR-V review
I purchased a 2019 CRV EX-L a little more than a year ago. I purchased it at higher mileage with 93K. It has 110K as time of writing. It is a very good car, quiet, comfortable, and lots of space inside. However, it does lack get up and go from the 1.5L turbo. But once you are at highway speed, it goes all day. The info/entertainment system is finnicky and not easy to use especially when driving. The major concern is with that 1.5L turbo engine. It's running fine now, but I have watched too many You Tube videos, and this particular engine is on the shortlist for gasket leaks, oil dilution, and carbon build up. Therefore, I aim to change the plugs, check the brakes, check for leaks around the head gasket in the next month.

Walked into to Carson Honda after visiting two other dealerships which we had work with in the past Kia and Toyota and were instantly assisted by Paul at Carson Honda who answered all our questions and worked with us to secure the best deal possible on our lease so much so that my husband was so pleased that he went back and leased 3 additional vehicles from Paul at Honda Carson for his business also.

2019 Honda CR-V review
This is my third Honda vehicle so needless to point out that I am a fan of the brand. My 2019 CR-V Touring is a good SUV. Before purchasing it I researched comparable vehicles and in the end my final decision was the CR-V and I am happy with my purchase. We have driven it on vacations of over 2000 miles and not one back ache. The only improvement I can think of would be if it had a tilt steering wheel. Gas mileage varies and I generally get about 33mpg combining city and highway. On trips I got as high as 38mpg. All things considered it is a good vehicle if you need an SUV.
