Used 2023 Honda CR-V for sale near Forest View, IL

I used Napleton Honda as part of a car buying program online. The dealership was very responsive and provided info on the CRV I was looking for. Eric was my salesman. He took his time showing me models, doing a test drive and outlined pricing and options. Overall it was a very easy process. Would recommend buying from him again.

I traded in my 2021 Honda CRV, this 2023 CRV rides smoother and looks more pleasing to me. Good on Gas too! I live in the Poconos, some roads are not smooth this car drives over these roads and gives me a more comfortable ride.

Sticky steering wheel when cruising at 40+ speed. The new CRV shares the same platform as the Civic. Since the Civic has a recent recall, expect CRV to have the recall in the future.

Bought a new 2025 crv sport hybrid l over the weekend, I worked with Steve Grady. My experience was excellent, he took care of me from start to finish, no surprises, no pressure, very relaxed environment, straight forward transaction, very patient with my requests and he was very courteous. No required add on packages, price is great and he responded quickly with my email inquiry, was able to negotiate a decent price for my tradein, they will offer you rust proofing and accessories but you can decline if you dont want. The business office will offer you extended warranty and it could get a bit tense although in the end the final price they will offer for a 8 yr honda care warranty is a pretty competitive price and will consider in my future purchases. Overall I had a great experience and way different than other shady dealerships that will try to steal your money. I was there for maybe about 3 hours from start to finish. I recommend them to anyone and will consider them again on my next purchase, thank you Valley Honda.

My 2023 Honda CR-V has been making rattling or knocking noises its very loud especially when at red lights and stop signs. It stops when I turn the air conditioner off. I took it back to the car dealership which is Gwinnett Place Honda here in Georgia and they didn’t find anything the first time because it stopped making noises by the time I got there. And on the second time I took it it was making noises they said maybe I need a compressor and they kept my car and gave me a loaner.

What a change 6 months make. They have new Managers their that actually care about the customer. I ended up buying a new Escalade and servicing my other Cadillac their! Isaac and Dave are awesome.

He provided me with the opportunity to take my time to view the vehicles in the showroom, as well as to test drive the vehicles that interested me and my family. Throughout the process, he was informative and answered all my questions which provided me much needed clarity. I did not feel pressured into making a decision on the spot. In fact, I was at the dealership for over five hours without feeling pressured. This experience allowed me to make the best selection with a payment that was comfortable for me to make over the course of the contract. He explained everything fully and made sure to answer all of our questions. He sat with us in our car and made sure we understood all the features and even gave demonstrations.
