Lithia Volkswagen of Des MoinesReviews
Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines review
Excellent service. I go to this location for servicing my VW vehicles and yesterday purchased a nearly new Taos. The Sales man (Jeff) worked to find out what would be most suitable for my requirements (long commutes and night driving) and what would fit into my limited budget. The whole team (service, sales and finance) worked seamlessly together to get an optimal solution to my predicament. Jeff and the Finance/Lone gentleman stayed well past closing time to get the paperwork completed and get me on the road with a nearly new vehicle. I would strongly recommend the Merle Hay Lithia to anyone wishing to have a stress free purchase without any heavy sales pitch performance. I might also add that the service group is also very helpful and polite.

Atlantic Coast Acura review
I am pleased to share my experience with you regarding my recent car lease. From my initial email inquiry, to the moment I stepped into the dealership, and eventually to the final handshake, I can confidently say that it was a thoroughly positive experience. Nash was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to understand my preferences and budget constraints before guiding me towards suitable options. His honest approach made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision-making process. He went above and beyond after the lease was completed to make sure I was a fully satisfied customer and I truly appreciate that. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my car leasing experience. The dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction, coupled with their professionalism and transparency, made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thank you for providing me with the opportunity to share my feedback.

We just wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience purchasing our new vehicle from your dealership. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Molly, who went above and beyond to ensure we found the right vehicle. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience enjoyable. She took the time to explain all the features of the car, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured. The financing process was also seamless, with everything explained clearly and handled efficiently. When we picked up our car, it was spotless and ready to go, making the final delivery feel even more special. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service we received. Thank you!!

BMW of Ocala review
I recently purchased my dream car from BMW of Ocala. It was my first ever car build according to my specifications and color choice, Vegas Red . Kevin and the entire dealership team went far beyond my expectations . From start to finish, everything was first class even to the red bow on my Red 2026 BMW convertible ! Kevin made sure that I was fully informed about all the special features and capabilities. My own special Genius walked me through the amazing safety features on my car . I felt so special !!!! BMW of Ocala deserves the 2025 Consumer Satisfaction Award and Kevin deserves all his Outstanding Salesman trophies.

The CarShop employees are the best! Again I needed help right away, this time with a passenger side mirror being almost pulled off. Morgan, the customer service tech & his manager Bill had a mechanic take a look to see what could be done & because the mirror was not totally pulled off & the wires were intact they were able to glue the mirror back onto the mirror perch mount & never even charged me. I will surely use them again. Thank you for your help & kindness CarShop

2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

Honda Cars of Bellevue review
As you can see from my star ratings, my experience with this dealer was enjoyable and seamless. I had not purchased a new vehicle since 2002, so I had many questions. My sales rep, Dave, answered them all and more. He was super informative on every aspect. I'm very pleased that I went there.

Basney HondaReviews
Basney Honda review
Bought a new 2018 Accord 2.0T Sport Manual. Brian was excellent to work with. I wanted a rare model, and he worked with me to find the exact specification and color that I wanted. Another dealer a few hours away had one, and Basney arranged to transport it for me free of charge. Also, they were willing to match the lowest price I was quoted from other dealers without hesitation. Delivery and post-purchase customer service has been top-notch. This is the way car buying should be!

Serra Honda GrandvilleReviews
Serra Honda Grandville review
I was in the market for a used Honda CR-V because I've heard they're super reliable and can really go the distance. My cousin, who has a lot of car buying experience and knows the local dealership scene really well, recommended I talk to Jason Chudzinski at Serra Honda in Grandville. Now I get exactly why he recommended him. Jason was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for and Jason made the whole experience comfortable, quick and very straightforward. Jacob, the Finance Manager, helped me wrap up the paperwork and he was also easy to work with. Jason, thank you for helping me find an awesome car and for making it a great experience. I'd recommend Serra Honda in Grandville in a heartbeat!
2024 Honda CR-V review
Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

Bianchi HondaReviews
Bianchi Honda review
I took my CRV in for a recall which I was told might possibly take all day so that’s what I had planned for. Not only did they complete the recall in a shorter amount of time but they were also able to inspect & service a couple minor things which saved me another trip to Erie. That dealership is SO accommodating! I was impressed with the service, the employees & the turnaround time. Can’t say enough good things about Bianchi’s.
