I had a great experience buying a used car at Sullivan Honda. My sales consultant, Nick, went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best possible experience here. He was extremely helpful every step of the way and ready to thoroughly answer any and every question I had. I would highly recommend this dealership for great customer service and a stress free car buying experience!

Hoffman HondaReviews
Hoffman Honda review
July 17, 2026. Went for appointment for service for a manufacturer’s recall. Was greeted immediately by a very personable representative who took basic information and sent me to see a service rep, Kelly B. She was cordial and business-like, sensitive to my statement that I wasn’t interested in additional services that day, and initiated the repair. I was able to read in the waiting area with little interruption. And I was out of there in just over an hour. Hondas are great cars, very reliable and durable. Hoffman always seems to offer high-quality service. Bob G.

Schaller AcuraReviews
Schaller Acura review
Been using this dealer since I moved to the area in Nov 2015 to service my TSX Sportwagen. Very friendly service dept. The service dept is always straightforward and up front with me and also doesnt recommend service work that isn't needed. The only issue I've had which really is not in their control is my passenger airbag is under the Takata air bag recall but they don't have the part for it and can't get any date from Acura for it. I ended up trading my car for this reason and because I wanted an all wheel drive. Mr James Merrill worked with me on a used RDX and then a used MDX which I ended up buying. I also traded in my TSX Sportwagen. Got a decent price not what I ultimately wanted but they made some compromises. James is a great sales guy, low pressure, easy to work with and thorough, answered all of my questions was straightforward and honest throughout the process. Brian Savo handled the initial paperwork and Brian Shepard handled the final paperwork and was very efficient friendly and had a sense of humor. I highly recommend both of them and this dealership for sales and service.

Great experience, traveled 450 miles to look at a used car and their online description of the car was excellent. Car was worth the drive . The dealership as a whole was professional and down to earth. My salesman was Xavier was awesome, and knew the car , even tho it was a GM traverse. Thank you all for a nice experience!!
2024 Honda CR-V review
This is my 3rd CR-V EX-L. It gets more comfortable with each iteration. Performance is outstanding. Fast acceleration. Nice sound for gas-powered vehicle aficionados. The blue color I have is the most beautiful color ever produced by Honda. Fuel efficiency is as advertised. I won’t buy an EV until charging stations are everywhere and charging speed is improved.

My wife and I recently purchased a used car for our son from Liberty Honda. After we bought the car, we discovered that the radio and Bluetooth did not work. We contacted the dealership and they were amazing at helping us get the problem fixed. They assured us that they would cover the cost of the repair and they were good to their word. While they couldn’t repair it themselves, once we submitted the bill, they paid it immediately. Amazing customer service and most importantly, they showed integrity and stood behind the car that they sold us.

My CR-V EXL is outstanding overall. It was a little pricy but worth it so far. I have over 11,000 miles on it in a little over a year.

The Management for Sales and Service were excellent; they were respective to my needs and questions. They made sure the recall repair timely! They add a new icon for my oil on dashboard. The service mgr. Was fantastic the day of the appointment! She added value to me as a customer responding to a question I had with up dating the mapping system. I did have to come back the next day because I had a code on my dash B17 which was not on previously. The service rep. Failed to give me the a copy of paperwork addressing what the technician found. Dave on the welcome area responded quickly and explained any questions I had. You need to clone him for the fantastic customer service he provides!!

Executive Honda review
We bought our first Odyssey with executive 12 years ago. That experience was wonderful. So when it came time for a new Odyssey we came back. Well, this time around was even better!!! Dominick was great to work with. is communication with us, during the process of obtaining our van, was top notch! Damian handled all the financial questions and paperwork with skill and patience. Bravo to the whole team there at Executive Honda in Wallingford.
2024 Honda CR-V review
Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.
