Great service every time. Ive seen this dealership go a long way, they have decreased wait times drastically which I am really happy about, although I didnt get my car washed. I think it adds an additional 45 minutes to your visit if you get it washed - so I never get it anymore. Mike Traverse is a honest and transparent representative and he always looks for discounts for me. I wouldnt go anywhere else because they treat me and my car good. One grip I have is in the lobby area the TVs are programmed to the Honda channel, it would be nice to watch something while you await.
The team was great. Rose Kathleen, my advisor, was awesome. It is unfortunate I forgot the name of the lady responsible of the cashier department. She exceeded my expectations. She knows what customer service is about.

I previously owned a Mini Cooper and would have purchased another but my experience with the Mini/BMW service department was so negative that it persuaded me to buy a different car. This was my first service appointment at Mazda for my Mazda 3. Easy appointment set up, emailed reminder, car was taken at the exact time of my appointment and the maintenance done in the time it was told me it would take. Waiting room very comfortable with snacks. Great price - competitive with independent oil change/tire sales chain stores. Great experience. As long as it continues I plan to continue my service at Mazda even after no longer under warranty.

I visited Rick Case Acura because I was looking to lease a 2018 RDX. My salesperson was Kimberly and she exceeded my expectations in her knowledge and willingness to deliver great customer service. She provided a proper presentation that allowed me to understand the vehicle's features. I decided to do the lease and then comes the hard part for me and that is the negotiation. Kimberly and the Sales Manager were great to work with and assisted me in getting a good deal. I picked up my RDX the next day and the process was smooth. I was introduced to my service contact person, the service manager, and the cashier. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process
