My experience was okay but certainly not what I experienced at another dealership recently. The dealership was not flexible and made me jump through hoops to purchase the car.

This is the best best car dealership that we've dealt with. Their customer service is the best !! They did everything from assisting us with our children as well as even having lunch available free of charge. The best part about this dealership is that they genuinely want to get you in a vehicle.
Absolutely the best car buying experience ever! Immediately upon my arrival I was met by Luigi and like the character in the video game he soon had me jumping for joy. I’ve purchased many cars from dealerships and have never found anyone so personable and helpful, especially 30 minutes prior to closing for the weekend after a long day. I was only expecting to look at a few cars and possibly test drive one or two but to my delight, Luigi, Andy, and a few other staff members stayed after hours, and were able to pull off some magic and had me driving home in my new car in less than 2 hours!!! As if that weren’t incredible enough a week later I get a message that Andy the financial manager had managed to actually reduce my monthly payment from what was contractually signed! Are you kidding me!!! A car dealership has people looking out for your best interest “After” signing a deal and leaving. Unheard of… Never happens… But it did at Premium Motors in Ft. Lauderdale (Lauderdale Lakes). I'm telling everybody about this place!

I was at Rick Case and was jerked around with pricing. Called up Holman and spoke to Jason and he gave me a price I couldn???t refuse. I didn???t have to wait around for answers it was a fast process and he is a very pleasant person. Buy your next car from him you won???t regret it!
It was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. Raffi and Amado were great to work with. They are good, honest guys that never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. They answered all of my questions during my car buying experience and continue to keep in touch even after the sale. I couldn't be happier with my car and my decision to work with them.
After doing my research online I was able to get a good deal on a New Dodge by email with the Internet Sales Representative which she was great! Got to the dealership and they re-assigned me to a different sales person which I thought it was a little uncomfortable having to explain and walk trough the deal again. I knew what I wanted so the sales person didn't even need to sell me the car. All I was looking for was the right numbers to buy the car. They were not able to meet me on the price of the vehicle on the day that I went. I contacted the sales person the fallowing day to see if they were able to work it out which they did. I ended up agreeing on the numbers and buying the car. Finance Manager was cold as one could be not very personal at all. The dealership lacks personal engagement. I did not feel like a value customer, very unpersonal experience. Felt like they are in the business just to sell cars not to gain customer. I bought the car because of the numbers, if it depended on the customer service experience I don't think I would have bought it there.
I went to another dealer and i was very discourage about getting another vehicle, went home and I was directed to Hendrick Honda by the spirit of the Lord where everything worked out for my good thank you. These are the quality persons like me look for when purchasing, no hassle, sale person was real and was not try to make a quick sale person took the time out to assisted me in making sure i am getting was fits my needs, please, please, please keep up the good work.
