The finance team needs better personnel that is customer oriented and not out for a commission. I really like my car but will not be doing further business with this particular dealer. I should have gotten out of there when I saw another customer lose it with one of the finance reps on the day I went to make my purchase. They put a new rep Carlos, who was begging for me to give them 5 stars, supervised by another guy who was his supervisor who was worse with less knowledge of the details on the plans he was pushing by the name of Andrew. Had to get consumer affairs involved in my case as they would not return my calls.
My salesman, Ari, was very helpful and patient during the whole process. On the day of the sale, Ari walked me through the purchase and even called my insurance company to obtain the insurance. The day I picked up my car, everything was ready including my new license plates. Ari sat with me in the car and walked me through all the features, which was new to me.
I had a problem with my radio. My radio was fixed in a short amount of time and I received my car clean and all in working order. The staff were very nice and very upbeat. I will definitely recommend going to Rallye Acura for all of your Acura needs. :)
The service Department experience is always top notch! I dropped my Genesis off early for an oil change, bulb replacement, and multi-point checkup. Got a call a couple of hours later that it was ready and picked up car in the afternoon. Always a seamless process! thank you Ralph, Dimitri, and the entire crew!

From start to finish...Eric was professional, knowledgeable and so NOT your average car salesman (sorry guys). No game playing, no guessing. Did all he could to get me what I wanted and needed. It's no wonder I've been dealing with him and Robert Chevrolet for 14 years. Buying and or leasing can be stressful... but not here! A lot of inventory available, nice showroom and nice waiting area.
Purchasing my car from this dealership was a very pleasurable experience. Special thanks to the salesman who assisted me, Folarin, for working tirelessly to make sure I got the best deal possible. Marcus and Jason also helped out and I am truly grateful. This dealership definitely exceeded my expectations.
This is the third Audi we've purchased. From the moment we sat down with Janet I felt assured we were going to be able to seal a deal. She listened to our needs, prior experience with other sales staff and explained everything. We were so satisfied with Janet that we did something we have never done before. We purchased and had our car delivered within 4 days. She not only explained how everything works in the car but followed up with us later to see if we needed any other assistance and told us to call anytime we needed anything.

Donna was extremely helpful. She reminded me that my NY state inspection is due this month and offered to do it at the same time as the service to my Honda. Originally I leased my Honda from salesman Tom Freyer. What a great experience!!! No pushing and other "famous" car dealer sales tactics.
I have used Babylon Honda for a few years and have always received great service. Waiting area is spacious, clean, and comfortable. Free wi-fi, and they always explain and summarize what was done. Highly recommend!
I have never received anything less than exemplary service from Babylon Honda. As usual I received a full accounting from Fenix of the current issues and what the priorities were with my vehicle. Babylon Honda and Fenix did a great job amd my vehicle is driving like new again.
