I had a good visit. The serviceman that processed my vehicle in and spoke with me after my oil change was extremely nice and professional. He was pleasant to speak with and he made it an enjoyable experience.
This dealer was quick to respond to my Cars.com inquiry. The internet sales manager, William, was very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I was looking at and able to answer all my questions. He ultimately worked up a great deal on the truck. My wife and I made a visit to the dealer and completed the purchase within an hour or two. We were very pleased and impressed with the personnel, the facility and the available inventory of vehicles we were interested in....dealer is highly recommended.
The dealership was nice and pretty clean the people were ok but the sell took forever and they didn’t want to work with me on something’s and they didn’t fix a blinker on the mirror it was it was busted other then that it’s a pretty good place
While on vacation, we got into an accident and needed to make sure the car was safe to drive home. Unlike another dealer, this one made the time to fit us in the day before Thanksgiving and for free, did a full check. The service tech was very thoughtful and kind, and the team worked quick. We had been checking out cars for weeks and I was starting to think we would never find the car we wanted. When we walked into Sutton Acura it was a perfect fit. The salesman Mason was able to answer all of our questions and the Sales Manager Warren took the time to show us the vehicles clean CARFAX, in-house service records, and comparables for our trade-in. Most dealerships try to pressure you into making an emotional decision, but we asked lots of questions and in the end, the car and dealership sold itself. They even gave us a complimentary free first oil change/servicing and were able to give me a loaner vehicle even though I hadn't remembered to call ahead and reserve one. I'm blown away with the level of service and look forward to sending friends over to Warren and company for their next car purchase.
This is my fourth new Hyundai I have purchased over the years from this dealership.
