My overall experience has always been excellent at Rick Case Honda. Their high level of service along with the employees??? positive attitude is their winning formula. I???ve done three leases with them so far and have referred many friends to this dealer and the feedback is always the same, great deals and outstanding customer satisfaction. I went to the dealer to service my 2016 Accord Sport for the oil change and ended up leasing a 2018 Accord Sport because the deal made great sense!
Great service and quick, no time wasted. Rafael Davila helped me renew my lease, took the 2015 CRV and made the process effortless. Got a 2018 CRV LX, was very comfortable selecting the new vehicle and even got estimate on other models to decide which one to select. Great service by Mr. Davila, very professional. Also the financial manager Mr. Fosse was excellent. Highly recommend Mr. Davila as a car salesman.

Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
