What an amazing dealership!!!! We recently purchased a new 2025 Tulluride from this dealership and could not be happier with the overall experience. From the moment we walked in to the dealership we were greeted by the manager, Karim with a warm welcome and smiling face. It just got better from there..... Our sales consultant, Johann was the best!!!!! He helped us choose the perfect vehicle based on our package needs ( i.e: vehicle equipment) and explained in detail the features of the vehicle and how to use them. Once we settled on the perfect vehicle for us, we were given an honest and totally transparent out the door cost of the vehicle. Everything was itemized and provided to us upfront without guesswork. We were even told of the special Kia financing deals currently offered and all the manufacturer incentives available. Wow, amazing!!!!! Our only thing next to do was to meet with the wonderful finance manager, Lawrence and sign the deal. Lawrence was awesome too!!!! He explained to us the manufacture warranty on the vehicle and provided us with a few additional options that may be of benefit to us. When all was said and done, everything went great!!!! We got the perfect vehicle, at the price we agreed upon with no hidden fees and the exact monthly payment expected. If we could give Generation Kia a 100 star review we would gladly do so. They are the best dealership and it has been an absolute pleasure doing business with them. Thank you Generation Kia!!!!

This is a perfect car for me (80 yrs old, 5’1”) it is easy to get in and out, and I sit far enough from the steering wheel so I can drive with my arms in a much more comfortable position than in my 2009 Honda Civic I had before

I chose the HR-V because it was small enough to fit down my driveway but was still an suv. The car is great but it doesn't have the features of my RAV-4. However, the new car, in the Sport model, has the updated features I wanted including navigation/Apple Car Play/Android Auto. The add ons by the dealer were not worth it and were ridiculously expensive.

My mom brought a car from planet Honda we were there 4 hours it took a long time the sales men that work there nothing is organized my mom brought a Honda Accord in gray the people that work there will help you it is worth the money

I have had my 2021 HR-V for a little over two years and not had one problem until recently. I was driving and had a SRS warning light come on. Found out it is in the passenger side frame. I purchased an extended warranty so I’m hoping that it is covered.I’m just wondering if this is a problem with other HR-Vs. Could you please check. Thanks

We had Bought our 2021 Honda H-RV brand new and it has been a Great Vehicle over all, There are a couple few things that I would of liked a little differently, like for instance the power windows it has "auto" for the drivers side only, I personally would of liked it on both drivers and passangers side (But definitely not a big deal) and the compartment space's there Isn't Any other than the small glove box and a small one between the driver and passanger seat's" I personally like extra compartments " (but again not a big deal) And as far as anything that I would say that I do not like as for the car it's self is that when I roll down a window or open the sun roof there is some odd kind of Whistling noise "that drives my in sane" And it has been doing that every sense the day we bought it!!!🤪🤨🤔🥺🤯!! We have had our H-RV of course now for 2 years and the only Issues We have noticed was... In the past week there is two lights that came on in my information panel one say's "Emissions problem" and the other one says "Electric break system problem" and tells me to see my dealer.

Perfect size for 70 year old woman. My only suggestion would be automatic back door hatch. Car drives great. Presently leasing thinking of purchase it when lease is up.

At the beginning did not were take care of in the proper way. The guy who was helping us stopped doing it because he was going out for lunch. Then came Victoria Carrasco who saved our lives and she is the best..!!

Bought a car on Wednesday night noticed the brake light was out. Told me to bring it back on Monday and they would take care of it. Did the oh I am in a cabin filter and even filled it up. Will shop again.

Jeff was great, as has been Ray in prior visits. The waiting area is comfortable and they send you a video of their inspection with commentary during the service. All the staff are helpful and courteous, and the online portal works well.

My husband and I had a really nice experiance trading in our car and buying a new car from Green Hyundai. We worked with John Duval who was very knowledgable about the car we were interested and made the entire experience quick and enjoyable. We visited several other car lots this week and we were shocked at how unknowledgeable some salespersons were or how often the answer to our questions was, "Oh, I don't know, you could look it up on the internet." Really! John had the answer to all our questions and was able to rattle off all the features of the car we were interested in while we were doing the test drive. This dealership's got some dedicated, transparent workers. I leased a car without my parents for the first time, which can obviously be confusing and anxiety-inducing, but the workers, specifically Bri, really helped make sure I understood all the factors of getting the car that fits me best without taking advantage of my inexperience with leasing and cars. The process was very efficient on their end, and they were so patient when I needed anything. Bri practically became my friend, discussing with me what might work and not work for me as a driver and for what was in my budget, all while maintaining professionalism.
